One of my broken consoles is looping on startup. Sometimes it'll get to the home page, and download a game. But as soon as you start the game, it starts to loop again. I wonder if mine is also the SSD controller. 🤔

So the customer was right about the diagnosis that the SSD was the issue you didn't discuss how they diagnosed the issue of the SSD being bad but i'll spill the beans, the console wouldn't reinstall system software, console won't move past safe mode and error SU-101312-8
