Murky Station is a super fast stealth mission that gives decent xp, if you get good at you can pretty consistently complete it under 4 minutes, It also gives a 15% stealth reward for your next mission. What works for me, I start out with Hox Breakout on Death Wish at level 0, and after that heist, I'm at somewhere midway through the ranks, and that's with the low rank penalty. Then I would either do Firestarter Death Wish or a Holdout (either Big Bank or San Martin, but I prefer San Martin because I can just hide in the teller's room and let the AI do the dirty work). Then I would do Cook Off or Border Crystals on Mayhem (enemies aren't too crazy on Mayhem compared to Death Wish). Keep in mind the highest amount of bags for Border Crystals is 50 bags, but it quicker than Cook Off because no van intervals to drop off bags and readily available resources, which still gives a shit ton of XP. If I still have a small amount of XP to go until I get to 100, I would do No Mercy or something on Death Wish. It usually takes me 2 or so hours to complete levelling. If I really wanted to no-life Payday, I could get about 4 Infamies in a day and have done that the day the update came out. Grinder is actually super weak on DW+... yes on Mayhem and lower it is "the god tier" deck, cuz you can outheal 20 enemies shooting at you, but that doesn't mean it's an OP deck.
From my experience playing payday 2 (have been playing it since big bank until 2014 before returning recently) I'm pretty sure the negative exp multiplier happened because of rats as everyone was spamming it back then because it was fast, easy and gave out a ton of exp, not shadow raid which I didn’t hear about the ecm rush until a while later.
I still remember the strat of blowing lab, c4 intel, leave bridge with a bag of money on each person's back if someone needs cash (back when exp was fixed regardless of objectives or loot). But no, the XP penalty was added just after shadow raid, as rushing it back then was leaps and bounds more consistent and decently faster than rats.
the thing about election day is i usually like to get the truck right 100% of the time through the containers and colour coding. this isnt much of a problem since the xp you gain from it also drastly improves after you have spent 3 minutes in the heist, more than enough time to get the truck right 100% of the time
after reviewing a few videos and playing the game cause I was at 5 before the update, holdout seems to be the best still with around 196 minutes which can be afk'd with good bot set up (even after sentry nerf) granting a large amount of xp for a 32 minute heist

Its a nice way for xp me with infamy 15 atm i get like 660k xp per run
Good timing for a recommendation! Because of a bug, my last few weeks of playing the game are reduced to ashes. I have so much love and hate for this game
I will say somthing like this if you want infamy: take 3 types of heist: beginnier (no/low amount of skills you can do it), stealth (10% or more that you can get in less than 30 minutes) and loud with huge amount of exp. Only thing you need to remember is... play on overkill or above, unless you will get really bad payout for hard work. Best difficulty is DW ( much easier than DS with a bit less payout, which is more worth it), but if you are new or cant go near it coz you dont have much experience with game go for lower difficulty (of course above OVK)
I'm usually not one who cares about how long something takes and for those who dont mind a grind, i'd say Santa's workshop is a pretty good xp and money heist as well. At lower levels you can still easily grind it on overkill difficulty (or mayhem if you're experienced) and just simply make those little elves pack all those pressies over and over again. They wont mind, they are used to repeating the same job over and over, they are elves after all, Santa is kinda a slave driver you know :P So.. if time is not an issue, get them to make 150 or 200 (or more) presents and you'll gain a shedload of xp from that. Is it fun? hmmm, there are worse xp grinds in the game... so all in all its not too bad, but it isnt one you want to do 5 times in a row because it will then get very tedious. But if you are around level 20 and got some time to spare to get to level 100 so you can go up an infamy level? Well yeah, give it a go, its pretty good fun to do every now and then.

As per the Team Boost attachment, upon initially googling it my assumption is that only 1 3% boost is allowed per person. Which is still a decent 12% boost for free, but not the 24% claimed in this video. Maybe Knowley or his sources know better? Can two 3% boosts work for both primary and secondary guns for each person.
I am not sure if you check HOLDOUT exp with all bonuses. Holdout have huge basic exp so every bonus increase exp extremaly good. Holdout + 20% stealth bonus from Election Day + potential 24% team boost bonus. give you more than 8 milions of experience for 27 minutes of playing. Holdout mallcrasher can be easy done in simple turret build starting on 50 lvl. (Enough skill points) So my rotation is: Diamond Store (from 0-50) -> Holdout Mallcrasher + Election Day Stealth rush (both in rotation)
holdout is 200K per minutes (5mil in about 25min) and it is VERY easy especially in mallcrasher, you just have to hide behind some shops and have the bots settled on the hostage and coming out of your cover everytime a cop tries to free the hostage (usualy the bots will focus a bulldozer at some points and let cops on the hostage, that's why you should focus bulldozers without taking too much risks and stay focused so you can react fast when you see a cop freeing the hostage) the two stands i recommend are the one just next to the hostage, cops almost never come here, and the shoes store near the entrance, you can easly camp cops spawning on the entrance side and focus bulldozers and you have quite a good exposure on the hostage if some random cops manage to try and save him. also do not ever do golden grin casino holdout, or you'll just die.
Each wave is 3min so 30 mins total. That pales in comparison to Murky Station just getting EMP bombs for 1 mil/min if you have RNG modifier or Diamond store with 859k per min
boiling point is one of the hardesr for me thanks to the frist part of the heist that require us to defend in fully open area with basically no cover. armor suppression, blended in specials and getting killed during medic bag and NEWBIE PREMATURELY BAGGING THE SERVER all just adds to the frustruation
Murky heist (the jimmy emp heist) if you get 4 train loot it gives around 1.250.000 exp. If you can abuse it with 4 people at the same time it is an easy way to do.
@TheKknowley - Do you think ECM rushing Big Bank is a higher payout than an efficient Prison Nightmare group? The payout on Prison Nightmare can be absurdly high. Every bag secured is 850 base xp. 2 people stand by whatever door opens and they throw bags to the others. 2 people catch the bags and toss them into vents You will get some good RNG and some bad. When it's bad, you get a door on the bottom and a vent at the top. It sucks because you gotta toss uphill, but you can still make OK xp off it. Great RNG means a door and vent spawn very close to each other. As in you don't even have to move. Stand where the bags spawn, look down, pick up, look at vent, throw, repeat...with 4 people doing that for 30 seconds straight. The spike in XP is unreal. During these events, we're talking 30-40 bags in 30 seconds! Everyone brings QOL (max sprint, bag throwing, inspire ace, etc...) and double jokers. Have 2 or 3 people bring max turrets. Last person brings med bags. Turrets and jokers keep them busy during the bag handling. No one shoots unless they have to. Optical Illusions is a great skill to have here. Let me know what your results are. This is one of those levels where xp/min goes up the longer you stay in because of the long starting offset. For accurate results, do a 45-60 min run.
You are wrong on both counts. Diamond Store and Murky Station (EMP's only) each take a min to do if 4 man'd and earn 1mil XP/min and 859k XP/min respectively.

Im XXV-100, the last 8 infamy levels were all in crime spree. As soon as i hit infamy, i went jewlery story on the highest difficulty i could go for, and i would get at least 50 levels to get some basic skill and then i would hop in crime spree
I don't know if the experience values for shadow raid have been changed or something But to me, it sounds like you're taking _less than 4 minutes_ to complete it, including the stealth bonus you get from it Literally just getting the bags to the loot dropoff point (warehouse doors) takes me longer than that
By the way, if your at level 100 and about to reset I recommend go do some crime spree to store some exp so when you reset you can retrieve the exp and get back pretty quick. With this method I can get from 0-100 in 1 day.

I am sure many people mentioned it, but this guide is only good if you regard the theoretical gameplay. In reality you will not be able to do most of these heists under lvl 70 since the lack of skill points makes your builds really bad. In reality there is nothing more pleasent than crime spree, since with a good run you easily get to 200 and that alone gives you enough exp for lvl 50+ and thus make further heists easier and more realistic to follow this guide.

Good timing for a recommendation!
Because of a bug, my last few weeks of playing the game are reduced to ashes.
I have so much love and hate for this game
This is super cool! Thanks for the info.
They wont mind, they are used to repeating the same job over and over, they are elves after all, Santa is kinda a slave driver you know :P
So.. if time is not an issue, get them to make 150 or 200 (or more) presents and you'll gain a shedload of xp from that.
Is it fun? hmmm, there are worse xp grinds in the game... so all in all its not too bad, but it isnt one you want to do 5 times in a row because it will then get very tedious.
But if you are around level 20 and got some time to spare to get to level 100 so you can go up an infamy level? Well yeah, give it a go, its pretty good fun to do every now and then.
Thx

As per the Team Boost attachment, upon initially googling it my assumption is that only 1 3% boost is allowed per person. Which is still a decent 12% boost for free, but not the 24% claimed in this video. Maybe Knowley or his sources know better? Can two 3% boosts work for both primary and secondary guns for each person.
Yes
If the gun has a boost slot, if you have the same boost. You can put it there.
Secondaries have boosts too.
(Enough skill points)
So my rotation is: Diamond Store (from 0-50) -> Holdout Mallcrasher + Election Day Stealth rush (both in rotation)
holdout is 200K per minutes (5mil in about 25min) and it is VERY easy especially in mallcrasher, you just have to hide behind some shops and have the bots settled on the hostage and coming out of your cover everytime a cop tries to free the hostage (usualy the bots will focus a bulldozer at some points and let cops on the hostage, that's why you should focus bulldozers without taking too much risks and stay focused so you can react fast when you see a cop freeing the hostage) the two stands i recommend are the one just next to the hostage, cops almost never come here, and the shoes store near the entrance, you can easly camp cops spawning on the entrance side and focus bulldozers and you have quite a good exposure on the hostage if some random cops manage to try and save him. also do not ever do golden grin casino holdout, or you'll just die.
Each wave is 3min so 30 mins total. That pales in comparison to Murky Station just getting EMP bombs for 1 mil/min if you have RNG modifier or Diamond store with 859k per min
Surprised stealth counterfeit wasn’t mentioned. Sure it takes like a few hours for it but heat isn’t an issue.
Probably for the best, since update 200 patched it.
@@RASHIDOOOOO sort of
I'm an experienced stealth heist player, but my save was currputed. SHADOW RAID, HERE I FUCKING COME!
boiling point is one of the hardesr for me thanks to the frist part of the heist that require us to defend in fully open area with basically no cover. armor suppression, blended in specials and getting killed during medic bag and NEWBIE PREMATURELY BAGGING THE SERVER all just adds to the frustruation
If you wanna cheese the first 30+ levels, bring one ecm to four stores overkill, crack open an atm, and wait for the van
damn that could be faster than waiting for the drills on ukranian job.
Murky heist (the jimmy emp heist) if you get 4 train loot it gives around 1.250.000 exp. If you can abuse it with 4 people at the same time it is an easy way to do.
Close but not quite, Getting the EMP's only and leaving is faster and gives more XP/min than all loot. 1.3 mil to 800k XP/min respectively.
2 people catch the bags and toss them into vents
You will get some good RNG and some bad.

Big rip knowing that crime spree use to carry over through infamy levels lol.
I assume alot of ppl are aware of this at this point but if some are not. U can no longer use the Crimespree method to lvl back up to 100 after u go infamy. The game no longer lets u go to the next lvl of infamy if u have an active crimespree so that method is no longer possable.
Hoxton breakout is my favorite heist ive played just because its just difficult enough on offline mode
Im XXV-100, the last 8 infamy levels were all in crime spree. As soon as i hit infamy, i went jewlery story on the highest difficulty i could go for, and i would get at least 50 levels to get some basic skill and then i would hop in crime spree
i regret doing stealth for 5 infamies straight, i think i was from 7 to 12 or 15 to 20 but man, that was boring
this is a very well put together video. but because you cant use crime spree, it slows it down so much. just wanted to say thanks for this.

2.) Cookout at hard difficulty

But to me, it sounds like you're taking _less than 4 minutes_ to complete it, including the stealth bonus you get from it
Literally just getting the bags to the loot dropoff point (warehouse doors) takes me longer than that
By the way, if your at level 100 and about to reset I recommend go do some crime spree to store some exp so when you reset you can retrieve the exp and get back pretty quick. With this method I can get from 0-100 in 1 day.
You can't anymore dude

Thanks for this it really helped me reach infamy you are the man!
I need money for my first infamy.
Like another 50mil for it.
It’s just kinda of grind, really.
Man i just play for the fun, I don't pay attention to the stats. I'm just going to run into the requirements eventually.
I am sure many people mentioned it, but this guide is only good if you regard the theoretical gameplay. In reality you will not be able to do most of these heists under lvl 70 since the lack of skill points makes your builds really bad. In reality there is nothing more pleasent than crime spree, since with a good run you easily get to 200 and that alone gives you enough exp for lvl 50+ and thus make further heists easier and more realistic to follow this guide.
its sad how they removed the crime spree grind to level up instantly, you cant infame when you have an active crime spree which is understandable
Doing cook off on mayhem for a hour boost up alot it's better than crime spree cos doing a hour of that you won't get the same amount of xp

And yet they'll try to sell PD3 on PS5 And XbX and will wonder why sales are low.
The main reason why they stopped updating the console versions is because of the engine it's running on. They've changed the engine for PD3 to unreal engine so they can be able to update the console versions of PD3
