buenas tardes desde cusco peru ,muy excelente su ejercicios de estimulacion y relajacion cognitiva,es una ayuda para trabajar con los estudiantes y profesores
For those looking for a slow recording, I think a MIDI file was used here. If you download a MIDI of Take Five, check out MuseScore, then you can slow and quicken it as necessary.
lol..love this! Great Birthday game idea..Of course for children the level would have to be a little less intense..i know they would great time doing it to childrens songs..I remember as a child always loving to tap on things for the rhythm..and playing with spoons etc..Basically the same thing but on a bigger scale..Looks like fun
Having attended this same workshop myself within the last 10 years, I can tell you that the Instructor is Susan Ramsay, and the music is from a CD she produced specifically for use in the elementary classroom. There is also a faster version on the CD as well as other instrumentals I can't recall right now. I don't have her phone # but here is a web page about her. Perhaps you can e-mail her for details how to obtain a copy for yourself? susan.c.ramsay@vanderbilt.edu
I am assuming that this level was taught by Sue Ramsey. She has done this at workshops, and has a recording of her husband performing this at the slower tempo. I am not sure if she is selling the CD, but you might look her up.
Отлично! интересно - с чего начинались занятия в этой группе?какой период времени занимается таким музицированием эта группа? Excellent! interesting - where to begin classes in this group? what period of time engaged in such music-making this group?
Anybody found the song in the video yet? As below all I can find are fast versions. Given the 5/4 signature, and the speed, it's near impossible to teach to youngsters.
Yes, it is quite interesting the kind of sound which is produced by the thing you are passing by when it hits the floor...which kind of material is it?
Duh...just play the audio from this video. There are also REAL easy ways to make a local copy of this and also convert it to an MP3 but I would never do that because it's wrong......
We LOVE music teachers! What a wonderful way to infuse a class with a Jazz classic.

LOVE THIS!!! How do I get the directions and track? Happy to purchase it!
bellissimo
I love this arrangement of Take Five, could you let me know what it is?
Orff music "community building" for adults. Notice the speed of the music is slowed down on the turntable.
Anybody found the song in the video yet? As below all I can find are fast versions. Given the 5/4 signature, and the speed, it's near impossible to teach to youngsters.
ВАу как здорово. Какое чувство ритма, какая координация.
подскажите что за композиция?
Hola quería decir que esa es una actividad dalcroze... no orff

WoW! 5/4
Where can I find the slower version of Take Five? The tempo seems to be perfect.

I am wondering the exact same thing.
I think it's a beanbag
Someone below said it is a beanbag but filled with aquarium gravel.
Sounds like a bag of marbles. Has a glassy sound.
Qual é o nome da música????
What INSTRUMENT ? are they passing??
They could well just be strings of beads.
Buenas tardes... excelente, alguien sabe el nombre de la pieza musical????
+Juan JBeltrán se llama Take Five de Dave Brubeck
Take five
ahh...I miss my Mus Ed. days. Is this undergraduate or graduate? Or a workshop? Are these current teachers or students?
Current teachers.

Hello, Do you know what arrangement you used for this video? I want to download for my classroom, since it is a slower version.

What kind of material do you have in the bags that are being passed around?
