68 years old. Former professional Ballroom/ Latin dancer. I don’t watch much dancing anymore. For me it’s either more of the same or beyond weird. This has to be the most creative, entertaining, technically difficult, diverse choreography I’ve seen in years. Absolutely Phenomenal !! ❤Awesome job to all 👏🏼
I agree. I was mesmerised watching the whole choreography, I have never seen such talent, creative and very entertaining dancers. Wow,I am blown away!❤
What a great comment! I loved it! 💜
I’m 76 and I agree. I have loved this song since it came out. This was so much fun to watch. I only wish I could dance like this. So we’ll done.
@@slapshot6163my dad would be your age if he was still alive and he loved this song so much. he would have loved this choreo. love all these sweet comments.
All of the above, yes. I danced for 11 years… this is all WOW! Concept, moves, costuming, SSSSIIIIICK!
The fact that THOUSANDS of collective hours of dance practice and creative editing only requires a free click and four minutes is proof we are living in the future of world class entertainment! This deserves an Oscar for world’s best choreography!
AGREE! Is there a catagory for real???
Not only the choreography! The dancers! Costumes! Music! The whole creation!
What the what??? Word=fantastic!!!!!
Fantastic routine. I thought the same the hours and the time for perfection right down to the costumes. Award winning . Gold stars all round 🌟🌟🌟
Yes! Everything about this is amazing: dancers, choreography, costumes, direction, video, song, lighting, location, everything!
I'm a 64 year computer programmer. I'm not sure how this showed up in my feed. But holy cow I am glad it did. I've probably watched it 30 times already. It makes me so happy to see such amazing talent and commitment. I am just astonished it is available for free. Very grateful to have access to this work of art.
damn you are 64.
Same--though I've only watched it 25x or so, so far.
That's awesome! Yeah, the internet gives us access to amazing things :)
A complete TRIUMPH of choreography, cinematography, , costume, location, musicality, technical execution on so many levels including the CONTROL these dancers needed to execute the full out choreography with such crisp undisturbed stops. Can we please take. moment for the visual brilliance and execution of the chair 'flick' off stage? I mean!!! I hope you receive all the awards this deserves. BRAVO!!!!
That chair flick is epic from start to finish ...so many elements visually!
That chair flick was 🤌💋
3:01
The Chair flick was stunning and exciting!! The style of dress they wore and the colours all complimented the entire production but the chair flick was sensational.
One of the things I really like about this performance is that every single dancer is 100% committed to their part. This is exquisite.
I have rarely seen a group dance video on UA-cam where that wasn’t true.
Agree!
Every single one! Amazing
And they’re clothed!
So gratifying to see young people with that amount of talent as well as commitment in a time when the arts are nearly absent in most schools. Gives me hope that creativity and exploration (critical components of intelligence) are not dead.
that chair kick was INSANELY perfect
Yup, I really really liked the chair kick!!!
No, the problem with the chair kick is that it shows that the timing of this performance can be slowed down or sped up in this video. Are these precise movements actually filmed at half speed and then sped up?
omg yes!
I'm not sure I love the choreography but the talent is leaves me awestruck.
I don't think it's sped up, as hair, clothing etc. seems to move (eg. fall) normally. Which makes it even more impressive
the way they kick the chair! absolutely love 👏🏽
I've watched this video so many times now. I don't often rewatch things, but there's just something about this one in particular. Between the stunning choreography, the styling, the coloring, the performers--just, wow! Always manages to take my breath away.
This is what the internet is for.
Masterpiece.
FACT!
Ditto
What?
Meh. Nothing about the choreography or costuming or anything relates to the actual song. This performance could be setting to any piece of music.
Hear, hear!
WHAT IN THE WES ANDERSON-BOB FOSSE-THRILLER-EPIC DID I JUST WATCH?
Bravo!
I for sure got some 'Sweet Charity' Vibes!
Wes Anderson if he directed Sweet Charity lol
Yes
exactly!
perfect description 😂
This is the Pringles of dance - I literally can’t put the lid back on it, I just want to watch it over and over again. This is such a masterpiece, it leaves me in awe and I’ve shared it with friends who are equally blown away - I want to forever remember the beautiful shocking feeling when I watched it for the first time. Words are just not enough.
This❤
The "fight scene" before the chair kick gave me goose bumps. Brilliant!
Every duo perfection, every duo different, every one en pointe!
Like watching Shotokan Karate practitioners dance. I also loved the power and precision of that part.
Saying it is brilliant does not do it justice.
I would though have like to see everyone in the "fight scene" start to finish, not just moments as the camera pans across.
It’s nice when the UA-cam algorithm is actually right, this is incredible
The same. Not sure how and why UA-cam dropped me that but I'm so glad it did. Watching everyday several times and each time catch something new. Amazing work.
Absolutely agree 😂❤
I know right!!!!! Loved this and so glad it was at the top of my feed:)
Absolutely!
Yes, it's math...v
I'm 62 years old and in my life, I don't believe I've ever watched a more dynamic dance company with indescribable choreography. These older bones just ache watching the dancers whip around like they do. Simply fantastic and a marvelous viewing experience!
Check out STOMP. Dance choreography and I saw them on the Oscars years ago.
Yes, I'm an aging dancer and that's the first thing I noticed too. The styles have to soften as you grow older (or else!) 😎

Same same!
I have a recommendation.
Mariandrea 14yr old from Mexico.
Contortionist dancer doing MAD WORLD.
Unbelievably talented. Very emotional and captivating performance.
It's addictive... I can't stop watching over and over again. Beautiful, the most beautiful choreography I've seen in a very, very long time... ❤
Nor can I! I’m obsessed!
I love how he slowly seemed to slither through the crowd during the lyric “but I’ll admit that I was glad it was over…”. I was memorized.
I saw that and thought that it captured the feeling of sinking into water, just passively letting it happen. Mesmerizing.
I am 70 years old, and I have NEVER seen ANYTHING so riveting and entertaining in all my life! Music, dance, costumes - OH MY GOSH! AMAZING!
Glad to know that I’m not the only person who finds this so compelling. I love this in so many ways. It’s wonderful.
If you liked this, please check out Back on 74 by Jungle!
Right??? Im 67. Madonna WISHES she ever had this level of choreography. 😊
Yes. You are right. I am 71. This is OUTSTANDING DANCING 😊
Dare I say it’s amazing no matter what your age?! Not sure why people are saying their age. Do we lose our ability to recognize beauty, talent, and don’t appreciate these things? Good golly miss Molly I certainly hope not! What a beautiful and powerful performance! 👏👏👏🥳🥳
The neo-70s clothing in the mid-century theatre/room is fantastic. This is the kind of uplifting creativity people need right now.
clothes choré dancers and dancing fell of the song so well captured..you are all so great!!!Bravo!!!As good as a refreshing and invigorating drink...Thanks for sharing this !!!!
100%
pretty sure that’s the Bella concert hall
We always needed it...because we exist to create.
Great art, great decorations.
I am completely in love with this video. I've watched it tons and tons. I love every single bit of it, so much to see and process, you notice something new with each viewing. Question though, am I the only one that is completely obsessed with the chair kick? I find myself looking forward to that part of the video every time I watch it.
Perfect choreography. That's it. I'm with you here.
I can’t believe this is free on UA-cam. I am not worthy of this amazingly perfect visualization of Gotye’s song. Congratulations to everyone that had a hand in this masterpiece.
the fact that groups of people can do things like this together makes it worthwhile being a human
Agreed
Completely entered
Totally agree. Well said !
Agree!
Not that hard. They are going VERY slow and doing basics..kinda😅
Ok yes the dancing was amazingggg but also the cinematography and editing was 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤌🏻
I was literally about to type the same thing. Italian hand and everything. 😂😂😂
Also wanted to say the same, whoever directed and edited this did an amazing job!
And costumes!

Brilliant camera work
Согласна!!!💯
I know, over 6 million watches, but I just can't NOT say that this is the most amazing performance I have seen....possibly EVER. It's not even just the choreography and execution but the costuming, hair, detail...I was moved to chills. You are artists among artists and I thank you for sharing this gift.
I'm 70 and used to dance a lot. 3 years after coming out of a 5 week long coma, I can finally move again. Sure wish I was that supple again! These guys are amazing to watch.
Everyone is talking about the dance and choreo, but I'm here for the world-class editing.
Agreed very well done, makes it flow perfectly and strong DOP.
I'm here for all of it, but that editing is phenomenal!! The chair kick made my heart sing
Yes, the editing was excellent for sure!
I’m here for the outfits
💯
This. Is. Perfect.
Choreography. Directing. Editing. Camerawork. Costumes. Perfect.
Which one were you in the video?
And don’t forget, music!🫶🏼
So beautiful! I’m crying!!!!!
Agreed 100%
Wrong. I defy you to demonstrate that the costumes support the choreography. Just the opposite, in fact: they obscure it . . .
I'm watching from Japan🇯🇵I was shocked by the worldview, composition, choreography, and expressions of the baptized dancers in this video. No matter how many times I watch this video, I always discover something new. I watch each person's expressions intently…👀 The WOD video was also powerful and awesome! ☂️A round of applause to everyone involved in creating this 👏👏👏
absolutely phenomenal choreography and dancing. Just beautiful to watch. I have to watch it multiple times just to focus on each of the people. 👏
It is rare to see a dance group that doesn't have to resort to high flings, multiple back flip gimmicks and the same aged dance moves. This is consistent, co-ordinated brilliant choreography
The cinematography too, oh my goodness. I love how the camera angles help elevate what's an already amazingly choreographed dance
And a shout out to the costumes too...each dancer is perfectly clothed and styled
You are right
That’s not dancing. 💃
The popular ones usually resort to acrobatics/flashy movement to be more engaging (but lose the uniqueness when it got popular), but the kind of contemporary dance groups like this one exist. Hopefully, other dance groups/acts could get the same attention too ❤
The extensions, the precision, the expression on their faces, the loose yet structured clothing, the sepia tones, the music. It’s so perfect, I want to cry.
Choreografia i taniec doskonale ale mnie to przeraża.
I too possess the urge to expel water from my eyes
Breathtaking! Every movement is captivating. Different than anything I've ever seen. Very addictive. Would love to see the troop in-person
PHENOMENAL!!!!!
I just saw this!!!
Damn, this must've taken so many hours of practice just to synch and move together so smoothly. Their movements, the way they move their arms and legs, everything, their facial expressions...it's like they're all doing sign language, only with their bodies! I have a new appreciation for dancers now!
i love that the clothing and hair movement accentuated the choreography rather than becoming a competing or distracting flow
It’s all in the color palettes of the music video. If what I’m experiencing is correct
100%!
It adds to the richness. Even though each dancer makes the same movements, the different clothes and hair do/length add an additional level of intricacy and sophistication. Totally mesmerizing!
I never would have noted that before reading this comment, but you're so right! Absolutely incredible!
wait until you watch it at 1.5 speed.
This is a literal masterpiece. The intensity of each dancer, the synchronicity and clean, sharp lines in movement but with the flawless execution in the flow of “chaotic” and extremely hard choreography. They absolutely killed this. I can’t stop watching, I mean it’s just SO captivating. Even the color scheme and outfits are perfect. The cinematographer has a beautiful way of shooting and telling this story. This entire piece is EXACTLY how this songs FEELS. Frustrating, prideful, bittersweet. I’m obsessed, and this has brought my love and hope of actual dance back, it’s been awhile so thank you CDK. This deserves ALL the praise and recognition.
Perfeito suas palavras👏👏👏👏 Concordo plenamente com vc!Eu estou apaixonado por esse vídeo ❤ Lindo trabalho deles todos👏👏👏👏
I agree with all that. And the really nicely calculated use of androgyny was a wonderful aspect, too.
agree 👍
@@andyhavensyes! I love the androgyny. Reminds me of how I felt as a teenager on first seeing Bowie. I think he’d have loved this.
@@MsRedbelly Totally agree! Very Bowie vibe
65 y/o musician here from Oakland. Somehow I missed this Gem when it first came out. But now that I’ve found it I CANNOT GET IT OUT OF MY HEAD. I think I’ve listened to/watched this just about every single day for about 6 months; the remixes, all the gimmicky versions, vids about its production, the Emmy Award presentation w Prince, etc.etc. I just LOVE when somebody somehow just Channels something Completely New, Breathtakingly So. Yea, I know the simple repetitive classical guitar line was lifted from Luis Bonfa, but So What.. it’s much bigger than that. I really like the dance routine accompaniment too.
The chair kick! 😍😍😍
I went back and rewatched just the chair kick like 5 times. So good!
3:00 💜
... in slowmotion 👀👌
😮yes!!!!😅
Yes, that chair kick is exactly how I felt in my experience. Perfect timing.
They are like a Kaleidoscope, the shapes and patterns, a succession of changing phases or actions! Strangely peaceful!
What a perfect analogy
The best ever analogy truly 👌🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 love your mind
I was thinking about the same! Amazing piece of art.
Perfectly worded!
Well said
You know the saying “I get emotional when I see beautiful art” I’m over here balling my eyes out
“How many times have you-“ “Yes.” This just amazes me. They’re in sync to a tee.
There's nothing like watching world class dancers with great choreography perform. Such a great expression of the physical arts, athleticism and talent!
Agreed! Such clever and unique choreography!

and filmography ...that helped somewhat BIG time@@tiffanycesarin5151
i know. i had to watch till the end. spellbinding
Amazing fluid motion of the human body! 👏🏾 Wonderful! Can’t touch that AI
Thank you UA-cam algorithm for landing me here. Everyone responsible for this beautiful art is amazing. Thank you for sharing it with us.
I am sitting here thinking this same thought. 03/05/24 07:07 pm Central Time.
Lol! Same!
absolutely exactly the same for me! what a masterpiece! thank you for that!
FACTS!! Like, how did I get here??? But sooooo glad that I did!!! 4/14/2024 2:15 AM
i watched this at least 20 times when it was released and at least 2 times a week since then. this is a massive master piece, a work of art that needs to be studied among every dancer for the next 100 years
Who is here for at least the 50th plus time? I can't get enough of this artistry! ❤❤❤
At least 3 million of these views are mine.
Hahahaha. I get it. Right behind ya
The rest are mine, l am hooked 😅
Oh stand in line...❤
I love it.
❤❤❤❤❤❤
I'm 237 years old, and I have never seen anything this stunning. . . seriously though, this was amazing!
Me tooo!
Apparently you were just unlucky in life and you saw few REAL dances))). It's more like aerobics from the 80s, beautiful, cheerful, interesting - but where's the dancing???
237.. are you a vampire?
shade lol
I believe you!
😂
I'm an uncoordinated computer programmer, but I have kept coming back and back to this for over a week now. I keep having Charlie Chaplin's "Modern Times" running in my mind with this like a mental split screen-- the fantastically creative, incredibly precise choreography with an unsettling mixture of pathos and whimsy that perfectly matches the song. Thank you very much for this gift! You are all an incredibly talented group!
My tears appear with this video. I saw anxiety, sadness, pain, and fear reflected in the choreography and cried a lot. I don't know if this is the meaning of performance, but I felt relieved watching.
im in the same boat. i always identify with the man, and then the feminine part begins, and i think, nono, this is the part i identify with, and then i realize why this song was so popular all over again, because the lyrics and music are superb, they speak to core things all humans deal with, and watching it danced with an equal level of compassion, intensity, knowledge, passion, iand respect by a huge number of people, yes, it is awe inducing in every way, and awe so very often brings those tears that are at once profoundly good feeling, while at the same time, profoundly humbling, and what settles on you, is an understanding that you are now allowed, to really experience your feelings in real time as they are transformed by the performance. i managed to stop crying at this point. ha.
Former choreographer here…mad props to the dancers and their talents but the choreographer has an AMAZING gift. Very captivating. Loved it!
Former... must not have been very good... I think I'll take your opinion with a grain of salt. Take care sweetie.
It’s called retirement. Eventually we all get there if we are lucky and I was. Sad that you take compliments right to a negative place. I wish you the best though in your journey. Hopefully you learn to uplift others instead of putting them down it makes for a much more fulfilled life. As the quote goes by Robert Ingersoll “We rise by lifting others”. But hey kindness isn’t a talent and can’t be taught, you either have it or you don’t…
Gotcha good, sweetie. Peace and love from Russia. @@thedancersstudio
It was indeed captivating.
I thoroughly enjoyed it 👍👍
….It makes for a much more fulfilled life - such a lovely answer !
It’s like if Wes Anderson was a dance choreographer
And I’m living for it, I’m so obsessed
That's exactly what I thought
Totally ! The costumes and the expressions and all, very Wes Andersonesque 😃
Dead on description.
😂😂😂 Wes Anderson ... yes
Exactly what I thought.
I'M OBSESSED!!!
Its like an Alice in Wonderland kinda dance move. The choreography is nothing but phenomenon and highly addictive to watch. Choreographer Sergio Reis is to be applauded for such an imaginative take on Australian Gotyes "Somebody I Used To Know"
Never ever say that our youth has no focus or passion. These dancers prove the opposite.
Tik Tok dance, way too high energy for this actually great song.
@@MayhamRC You have no focus or passion, you only derive any sense of meaning out of life from taking the position of a contrarian and denigrating others, you lack the ability to show people a baseline level of respect, which is why they will always shy away from talking to you
If you think this is a tiktok-like dance you need to watch actual tiktok dances. The complexity in this entire performance, the differing layers in dances and the coordination is top tier@@MayhamRC
@@rorychivers8769 damn
@@rorychivers8769However right you might be in your opinion, your attack on the poster was heavy-handed and uncalled for. He was merely giving his opinion. Your assessment of him as a person, perhaps, has shown YOU to be the contrarian. After all, you were denigrating him, were you not?
I’m 77 years old. This is the greatest dance I’ve ever seen. I feel blessed that it was suggested to me by UA-cam.

Wow you don't look a day over 21!
Same... i'm 55 and never understood what people like about dancing, just humans jerking and bouncing around. That just opened my eyes..

No kidding. Bro. @@g4mmagam3r64
I would love to see a full length behind the scenes video of how this was made. I’m mesmerized by this performance.
I'm a mom of 4 dancers and I've been in studio/competitive dance world for almost 20 years. I saw this on TikTok initially and was instantly hooked. Once I saw the full UA-cam version I was instantly obsessed and can't stop watching. I've shared it on my social media multiple times. It's absolutely incredilble. I love everything about it...the dancers, the costumes, the choreography, the videography...absolutely AMAZING!!!! Thank you for sharing your gifts with the world!!!!
THIS is next level. The camerawork, choreography, Dancers, editing, the slowmo, angles, costumes & styling, music and the theater, it all comes together. Simply Iconic.
Iconic. You hit the nail on the head.
The camerawork is as good as the choreography and dancers. Superb.
Couldn't agree more!
NOW THIS... THIS IS ART.
I've seen so many dance choreographies throughout my life but this is the first time I've seen a dance that makes you think it's ART.
Dancing is an expression, it's an art.
This is the type of dance that doesn't make you focus on one person only because everyone-- in their own individuality makes them whole. Everyone is just so amazing! Dancing isn't only about flashy and snappy moves; it isn't only about people doing backflips or popping your joints. It's about the expression through the movement of your body with or without the accompaniment of music, but this... THIS IS ART ACCOMPANIED BY MUSIC. The synchronization of different movements to ONE song is just so mezmerizing to watch. It's like watching an art piece come to life.

Yes
So true🙏❤️
And great costume too!!
The "fight" sequence was brilliant.
So, I want to rave about the art direction and the costumes. Every single dancer is unique and every one of them belongs together. The color palette, the textures, the fabrics, even the accessories are so exquisite. It still grabs me after watching this more than 30 times (kind of a daily ritual for me at this point).
Daily ritual for me as well!
@@JClark-ux1hz....Same.
Hourly ritual for me, between this and the live version. The transitions between the solo dancers back to group just after the chair kick are absolutely superb.
@@esrAsnataS "the LIVE version?" Just found it. Wow. Thanks. 🙂
I find myself watching this almost daily as well. I love every single thing you point out about the costumes. That, combined with the choreography is just incredible. And, I've always loved this song. The talent here is phenomenal! I can't get enough.
Thank you Internet gods and algorithms for finding this for me loved it❤❤❤❤❤
Same, 11:50 at night laying in bed, headphones on and this comes up in my feed. There is an Internet Angel.
Same. It's like this was tailor made for me.
yeeees! and you found the perfect words for this lucky experience; )
Me three!!That was hot! 🤩🤩🤩
I 1000% agree.
Exceptional. I was sure this was a song that could not be danced to at first. It had already done it's job in the original video, but this was an energetic explosion of expression. That chair kick was every thing.
brilliant dancers, brilliant staging, brilliant dancing, it's just brilliant
OMG...Come on!!! That is freaking amazing!!!
I've seen a lot of things in my 74 years on this planet but never imagined something so creative and beautiful.
Congrats to all of you. Excellent performance.
I'm 70 and had the same reaction!
I’m 72 and loved this. Made me wish I was 20 again and could move like these incredible dancers. Fits the song so well! Loved this song when it came out. I don’t think he’s done anything since, not sure.
68 here. Really makes me wish I was a few years younger and could think of something like thar. Just amazing. LOVE IT!!
Certainly life affirming - where would we be without the arts?
I think you should know that your comment is the reason that I watched this video - and I am so glad that I did! In fact, I’m just pausing to write this before watching it again!
When I saw the listing, including the pop music title, I thought “Oh no! Not another UA-cam/TikTok dance challenge.“ Hip hop, Celtic, even ballroom are all fabulous, but also not really my “bag.” I have a background myself in modern dance and ballet. (although I’m 63 now and it’s some years since I’ve worked at the barre). I’m also a lifelong fan of Broadway musicals, especially when fabulous dance numbers are part of the show! Needless to say, then, that this was perfect! I loved every second of this fantastic creation and performance. But … I would have scrolled past and never would’ve seen it at all without your recommendation. So thank you, from the bottom of this old dancer’s heart!
I'm 70. This song has always ruptured my soul in connection with a long relationship with someone I was deeply in love with in the 80s, as a young woman. The choreography here is just mind and heart- blowing. Excellent. Moved me to tears, the music and the dance by these fantastic young dancers and which expresses the song so well. I'm sharing it now with that man, who's now 84! Because emotional experiences just don't recognize time. Maybe now he'll get it.
He won't get it. Dear friend, let him go.
Dear Miss Lisa, so happy you "get it". And such wise words, "emotional experiences just don't recognize time." Painfully well said. Only the best to you and your future.
I"m only 49. But I"m guessing he will never get it. They never do.
❤
I had a few of those too. There was one who treated me like a dangerous person and this song echoes how I felt.
Holy Flying Circus! It’s the Ministry of Silly Walks starts a dance troupe! Everything about this is amazing. Monty Python possesses Bob Fosse
I'm 73 and have always loved dance. This is the best choreography I've ever seen. It's like the dance equivalent of what a symphony is to music. Brilliant. I can die now.
Not music have a looksie at Orlando James channel. Eye candy for the masses.😊 Ya way too young to go…
Then you would love "So You Think You Can Dance". This routine was excellent. It reminded me of a Wade Robson choreo.
I love your comment it is everything to an artist, I’m not dancer but I am an artist , thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings ❤
Ffs. Life doesn’t end in your seventies. Unless you give up.
Absolutely ❤
I dance professionally with two companies and just wow, this piece is absolutely incredible. Bravo to all the dancers, choreographers, editors, directors and anyone else whom contributed
I used to be a professional dancer . I must say this is a masterpiece!!💕💪🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
If it weren’t for the fact that other dancers kept tripping over my size 14’s, today I would be dancing instead of walking horses.
Well said👍.
Meh. Nothing about the choreography or costuming or anything relates to the actual song. This performance could be setting to any piece of music.
Love the comment but the word at the end should be who and not whom
As a Gen X’er I appreciate the group assembly dances, they remind me of the old black and white movies I use to watch when I was little on Saturday afternoons, such beautiful choreography .❤
This was genius! I didn’t realize people still spent this much time together in order to be able to do this, thanks!
What kind of Brain creates this koreografy and what kind of skill that these dancers have... Wow perfect!
I'm not sure which is more impressive, the precision of the dancers or the editor. Bravo to both
Dancers for sure. Editor a close #2. Can always clean stuff up in post.
Wow, 👌 👏 😍 👍
This was beautifully done. Would watch 1000 times. Thanks guys
Astounding. The choreography, the concept, the costumes, the editing, the cinematography, the dancers. Let's say it again: ASTOUNDING.
I was about to post verbatim the same thing!
This is better than Thriller. It's the most hypnotic thing I have ever seen on UA-cam.
The hours and hours of rehearsal it really shows absolutely magnificent😮😮😮👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
After watching again... I see the wardrobe... The styling... How you played with the colors and the lighting... Wow! Every detail. 👏👏👏👏
I noticed the part where the lone figure sits in the chair--they're the only one with red glasses while all the others wear plain black ones!
Amazing!
Those wonderful clothes though
TEN STARS FOR THE STYLIST
Yes 100% !!! That was my first thought too
The stylist is also the choreographer 🎉
It seems fitting that this is so addictive because when the song first came out it was super addictive. I've watched it several times a day for over a month. Amazing job.
Thank you. You all are INCREDIBLE!
I'm 72 and spent most of my youth in one studio or another. I was always worried where dance was going. Now I am filled with joy and my heart is singing. I feel like I've been lifted from the dead.Thank you so much. It's more beautiful than you know. Now I'll get back to watching this again ....and again......and again.........
And again……..and again………..and again……….and again……..etc. etc. etc.
Yes ! I’m in my room on my own but I want to be cheering in a crowd. I’m so emotional watching this. I feel fortunate and special that these talents exist in my world
Yes. Repeat!!!!
the choreo, the clothes, the cinematography, everything is so perfect.
Who is this group? Where are they based? Who’s the choreographer?! Help! 🙂

Never ever connected with dance... Until now, truely amazing, this this my 37th time watching it, not including live version...
Who ever did this... the clothing, the colors, the environment, the music, the choreography: you brought tears to My eyes... it was so artistic. I loved it, I want more.
Not only brilliant for choreography, costumes and casting, but haven’t we all felt those moves inside us? The best thing I’ve seen in years.
You said that perfectly. The answer is yes. The dancers movements coupled with the lyrics of that song really struck a chord in me.
I don't know how this video ended up in my auto play but I am beyond grateful it did. This is the most entertaining piece I've ever seen and I am transfixed. The dancers all look like "real" people. The costuming is impeccable. The choreography...is out of this world. The quality and talent of the dancers is beyond measure. Gaaaahhhhhh I am obssessed--completely!
I know right!
Ключ -- настоящие. С утра думала: нас приучают оставить попытки свободно выражать себя. Вдруг вижу абсолютно свободных, радуюсь, благодарю
Me too! I watched the whole thing!
Am I missing something? Aren't they real people?
I’m just crying. This is just unbelievable. I have never ever left comment on UA-cam. Cannot stop watching it.
The best choreography I've seen in a very long time. Incredible. Precise. Committed. Big respect!
Architect here. from my perspective this is truly one of the best videos i've seen in ages. it is an exquisite composition marrying the physical space, music, colors, textures, and movement. I keep repeating this video and finding more and more richness in the entire thing. Don't know much about choreography, but it is a joy to watch. i could keep blathering on about it, but judging by most of the comments here we're all on the same page. joyful
What a great perspective you gave! Thank you for sharing!! 😊it was truly an inspiring performance!
I’m not someone who is typically drawn to watching dance. This was absolutely fantastic! Besides the outstanding choreography, I was also fascinated with the clothing, the color palette, and the camera work. I definitely had an emotional response to watching you all, and that is part of what art is about. Thank you all for entertaining me and making me feel something.
Agree! You nailed it.
Yes, I love the palette! Teal is my second fave color, after scarlet.
@daryaelle4808 I prefer teal over scarlet, but I'm still with you.@@daryaelle4808
struggled to word out what I'm feeling and this comment accurately encapsulates it. "This is art" is my exact same thoughts throughout.
@@jiioo1071Thanks!
I'm 74......and I think about what I could have pursued when was young........this was absolutely cool....if not genius
Guys, you are amazing. It’s something absolutely unreal ❤
I am 75 years old and have watched many dance groups, competitions and performances and this is truly amazing! The synchronization is on point!!! Flawless. Bravo!
I agree, great aerobics. Just remembered the 80s.
I am 89 years old and have been a dancer for 96.5 years. This is most amazing thing I have ever seen. Kudos to all
😂😂😂
Wait what?
Seriously! Do your math
This is the best math.
I'm 2 years old and have been dancing for -4 years and this is the best choreography I've ever seen. Simply breathtaking
WONDERFUL!!!!!! I am 68 years old, i was a teacher of history, but, if i was a dancer...i wish to be like you!!!!! Thank you so much, you made me feel so BRAND NEW!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Way to authentically embody the emotional life of the lyrics and style of singing.... holy hell this is amazing.
I'm a dancer and a videographer and this video is an absolute joy from the chory, editing, filming colour, costumes and of course a great song. Wish I was part of creating it. Love to see more.
I agree. The editing is as good as the dancing and costumes. It's a show!
The choreography, the personalities, the little hidden gems like pulling the dancer lying on the floor out of the way, the facial expressions. Beautiful, simply beautiful.
I agree the pulling of the dancer was a nice touch.
They were so professional that when a wardrobe malfunction drops a chain on the floor they dance around it like it isn’t even there. No reaction at all. Well done.
@@katarinad1309I didn't even see that! Too busy watching the magic happen!
OMG I absolutely LOVED this! Pure artistry from the STUNNING choreography to the amazing details put into the costuming. The editing and direction that went into this production! Words fail. Bravo! Thank you!
C'est la première fois que j'aime la danse. Il me faut attendre 48 ans pour dire une chose pareille.
Le personnage principal est épatant, incroyable.
J'en serais presque à tolérer la musique, moi qui n'aime que le classique.
Former professional dancer here; RESPECT!! This makes me so happy! It's so original, creative, and technically perfect I had to watch it over and over again with a big grin on my face. I don't know what country this is from but I love it! No same old boring stuff putting me to sleep cause it's been done at nauseum, but finally a new fresh generation injecting a stirring song of heartache with hope and commitment. YESSSS! Gimme more!
