❤❤❤ I had to take an Instagram break for the weekend but saw this pop up on my UA-cam notifications and I’m glad I watched. It’s so nice to have someone REAL talk about the struggles. There are a lot of bariatric trainers out there who have not been through the process and while I appreciate their passion and compassion for bariatric patients, it’s not the same as having someone who’s actually actively living in those struggles with you.

I’m having surgery in the middle of October and I have been working on my mental health for the last 8 months to prep for this. I would love to train with someone like you because you understand the struggle. I relate to you so much. Thank you for this video ❤
