Omg... I say the same thing! Am I lying to myself ? I struggle every day with the mental side of eating: not enough? Too much?😵💫. Recently had fatty liver..WTH..from what? I fixed it. I've been diagnosed with nocturnal hypoglycemia. It literally happens while I'm sleeping. Last night 2.1!! FN scary shit. I'm glad I'm not alone, but sorry you're going through it. It is a struggle! I'm grateful my nighttime sugars are fine but the reactive hypoglycemia is a struggle some days. Especially bc it comes in waves. You are definitely not alone with the mental struggle!!
It's way better than the alternative! I was in tons of pain and eating was a struggle. I'm SUPER gassy now, but that's my worst lingering symptom and it comes and goes. Generally, no major issues!

I’ve had VSG and they want me to have my gallbladder removed because of stones. How’s life without the gallbladder?
