I love the wheels and front lip, really great looking M3! Anyway I like your shots, but the music is too loud compare to talking.
At the end it sounded like it needs a valve adjustment.

Cool car, I prefer the regular exhaust but this does sound pretty sweet
Regular is for show only, 6 cylinder enegine doesn't need 4 pipe exhaust.

Sounds better than the original exhaust. BMW straight six engines should have that deep sound not the high pitched sound.

If anyone has one and wants best set up i can speak from experience and say:
Catless headers + megan supremo muffler + k&n intake (if you got the money then csl or fabricate your own). I have a few videos up if e46 m3 owners are interested in how it sounded.

The last clip where he was pulling away and ya'll saying your g'day's... That poor motor sound, well, not good. Not good at all. I fear that those new rod bearings that he put in didn't hold up. I actually feel for dude.
I think you should at least follow up on this and let us know.

it’s the lifters. they tick when they don’t get oil
E46 lifters tick like crazy if they’re a little dry. Mine does that pretty much every cold start regardless of the oil level. Only does it for about 5-10 seconds though
@@hughg.rection6284 My mk7 gti used to do that on startup for about 5 seconds when i had that car. Never happened on cold starts or when the engine was warm, it only did it after i let the car sit for 2-4 hours. Weird
Andrew Denisyuk interesting. I’m not sure what causes it in golfs but in my E46 it was just from oil build up over time, especially when they get to my mileage. I’m at 190k rn.
I added a quart of rislone engine treatment in place of a quart of oil. I did it about 150 miles before I changed my oil and that did the trick. Haven’t heard a peep out of them since.

If you think this guys car is all that you need a pair of glasses my car leaves this guy in the dust my entire car is all CB on carbon fiber three piece split defuser side canard wing skirts three-piece family carbon fiber rear diffuser with canards CSL carbon fiber trunk all carbon fiber interior including petals and mines a convertible on $5000 staggered rims with a custom suspension and brakes. That’s the picture you need to send to your friends he 46 hub.

I'd never remove the quads, but oh well. Also those wheels don't fit on it sadly but just my opinion

Classic BMW owner to be driving the wrong way down the isles in the parking lot.
Sorry, but no... mine is exactly the same, height, colour but with a Supersprint Exhaust and 19" CSL wheels and looks miles more classy. Should've left the front bumper alone, too. Shame lol
have a CB on Öhlins with a dinan S3R kit. What a wannabe e46 owner. Hope nobody makes fun of you when you show😂

The engine sounds like it rattling quite badly... the look is awful, totally ruined a iconic, cult classic, and the quad exhaust has to stay for me.. the mods just all look a bit cheap and nasty, but this is my own opinion, if he enjoys it and other appreciate the look then fair enough but not for me at all

Car looks absolutely horrible only because you lowered got, your not in china filming Tokyo drift and fast and furious 1 was in 2001 . Face palm when I see these ricer guys buying e46 m3 and lowering them looking like absolute idiots
The only idiot here is you sadly, if you think lowering has a negative impact on the cars characteristics and thus makes it "rice" then just don't watch car videos cause you got no clue.
