Just curious-why no cumin? Is it personal preference or is canning cumin a no-no? Can you add sesame seeds or are they a no-no for canning. Thanks!

Is it also possible to can Hummus itself?
No. It's not safe due to viscosity. No hummus, no pumpkin puree etc

Don't run your finger over the top of the jar after cleaning with vinegar.nicks checking should be done before filling jars
