With this piano tutorial & sheet music, you can play "Habanera" from Georges Bizet's opera "Carmen" on piano!
It's an accurate, carefully created piano arrangement of the famous aria.
Based on a Spanish habanera, the aria (also known by its first line "L'amour est un oiseau rebelle") became one of Bizet's most famous compositions, and one of the most popular opera pieces ever written!

Et c'est bien en vain qu'on l'appelle,

Actually my first instrument was the violin, started when I was 6. Piano came a few years later, and I was very lucky to have a wonderful classical teacher :)

Did you change the design of the lines coming down in your latest videos?
Maybe I’m wrong, but I have the impression that the lines of the black keys are now as thick as the white ones. Personally I find it more difficult to actually play the piece since it’s harder to distinguish the black keys from the white ones, it’d be great if you could change that :)

Generally, I very much recommend learning how to read sheet music, it's a wonderful skill to have and will make the process of learning new pieces much faster.
