Hi!:) How are you guys? Recently, I prepared for the performance with “V. Monti - Czardas”. Italian composer Vittorio Monti composed this piece based on a Hungarian csárdás (traditional Hungarian folk dance). Thank you so much!:) I think that lots of people know the melody. I hope that you guys like this performance!! Have a nice day!
Stay safe legend!
I used to play that, clarnit
Thanks for playing💘:)
Very nice
I love your playing!!
*+1: to wish Kassia a wonderful summer*
Thank you all the time, Rachmaninox!:)💕
I like the good spirit, Rachmaninox, but she is brazilian, and it's winter in Brazil right now lol
@@Henri.d.Olivoir how do you know she is from Brazil?
@@user-de9pt2by1y some vidoes of hers have titles in brazilian portuguese; sometimes I think she even commented in portuguese; and the description of her channel is in that language as well

Dang hearing this on piano really hits home how Liszt also used "Hungarian" folk tunes in his Hungarian Rhapsodies. Wonderful playing as always!
Liszt was Hungarian, that's why he used Hungarian folk tunes

You're legendary aswell
When I was in HS this was my very favorite recital piece I ever played. When I was a wee violinist I told my teacher this was my favorite piece and he said someday maybe I could play it. WHen he finally pulled it out for me to play I was ecstatic. Almost a full year of practice to nail the fast bit.
if i were to play violin it would take me 5 years to learn the first few notes of the fast bit, also when i tried to play violin it took me a few months to learn how to hold the violin and the bow
I've had this stuck in my head off and on for weeks. The way you simulate violin harmonics is absolutely amazing!
You can play sometime play Transcendental Étude No. 12 (Chasse-neige),Transcendental Étude No. 11 (Harmonies du soir) and Transcendental Étude No. 10 (Appassionata) by Franz Liszt
Appassionata is my favourite Liszt piece!
I will play some Liszt's Etudes at the specific point. Thank you!!💕
@@adamlodge491 Beethoven Laughing, Sitting at the Back.
@@Kassiapiano And you can also please play Liszt's transcendental etudes as emotionally as Chopin
@@namanaroraXVI It seems to me that if Beethoven had not admired the 1851 version, he would have liked it at least
It was a song that fell in love with the fast technique of the violin when the violin and the piano were together! You expressed it so wonderfully and beautifully with the piano, I enjoyed it for 4 minutes!! I've been waiting so long!! I've been waiting for "Kassia" to upload a song, but thank you so much for playing such a good song!!!
Correction: piece*
Thank you so much for your words!:)💕
It's a piece not a song.

Kassia's piano playing is always perfect!
I'm hungarian and used to learn our folk dances, but I can't dance csárdás with this in the back.. Still a beautiful piece, beautifully performed, well done!
Amazing
Thank you, Cube534!!💕
Indeed
Absolutely wonderful, I’ve never actually heard this melody being played on the piano and this was an amazing introduction:)
How are you, Mateusz:) Thanks much for your words all the time. I hope that you and your family are safe and healthy! Have a great day!:)💕

I had a Czech friend in college who was a masterful violinist, and he LOVED playing folk music from around the world. When I hear this piece, all I can see in my mind is Jura dripping with sweat making everyone dance around our old coffee shop.

The visuals are absolutely stunning, that of course correlating with the performance! Thanks for making my day :)
It's amazing that you can play such difficult pieces so fast without mistakes.
I have never heard this piece, still discovering a lot of classical pieces. I can say that this was AWESOME. I love the rhythm, the uppity melodies, and of course your playing. Thank you Kassia for continuing to introduce me to new and beautiful pieces!
Definitely one of my favourite interpretations of the piece. You did a great job Kassia!
This piece gives me chills every single time.
I learnt the hard part on my guitar because of your video and
I finally can play fast enough. Thank you so much and keep playing!
I'm learning this piece on violin and what happiness that one of my favourite piano UA-camrs uploaded it♥️
Love hearing this, my band played this last year and the solo part went to a sax senior and i miss that guy so much, he put so much emotion into that sax. Good memories with him🥲 sad to see friends go
É tão prazeroso te ver tocando, uso várias vezes seus vídeos para estudar, admirar, pensar... muito obrigado por nos mostrar seu talento! Admiro muitos suas habilidades no piano, e pretendo também conseguir, se Deus quiser!
I was very pleased to hear in your magical performance the most beautiful cover of this amazing music.

The fact that both the italian and the hungarian flag have the colors green, white and red makes this even better!!

Wow, this is definitely the best solo piano rendition of this piece I've heard. Great work!

i can't say anything honestly. Classical music really shows me that there is still talent out there. Amazing Kassia I really enjoyed this one and thank you

I'm very interested in the Hungarian music and this performance is a huge pleasure for me. Thank you so much, Kassia!
"Csárdás" (or "Czardas") is a rhapsodical concert piece by the Italian composer Vittorio Monti. Written in 1904, the folkloric piece is based on a Hungarian csárdás. It was originally composed for violin, mandolin, or piano.
Браво! Брависсимо!!! 👏👏👏
This is beautiful! Never heard the piece or the composer... it's like a delightful combination of a Liszt Hungarian rhapsody and a Schubert Impromptu.
😊WOW very fast playing! You are great 👍🏻
Such a brilliant piece. I'm sorry for people who skiped it because of first part. I think that we should listen full pieces because composers wrote them complicated
The slow sections and fast sections are supposed to constrast eaxh other
Wow, this is such an interesting arrangement and interpretation. I love how the limitations of a piano compared to a violin was worked around
absolutely fantastic, kassia you and my favorite pianist I really admire your work!!!💞
Класс! Помню это произведение с детства - его играл один из моих знакомых на ксилофоне.
This feels to vaguely familiar, as if I had heard this many times before, but I just found it. I like it, feels nostalgic
This is the best!!!!!!Pure Virtuoso you are Kassia🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
You are not playing just a piece but music. I am speechless. You are fantastic ❤️💓Love and many kisses from Greece!

Such an amazing solo piece. I thought the solo melody arranged on piano would already be more than what any decent pianist could handle on top of the combined accompaniment...your insightful and brilliant performance proved me otherwise :)
