Water resistance was the biggest differentiating factor for me. You can also order Spectacles for prescription.. tho I guess that's just for V3 right now and that's not water resistant
You mentioned the Specatcles case holding 4 charges, doesn't the Rayban case hold charges also and charge the Wayferer glasses away from the USB charger if they are in the case?

The Rayban case also holds charges and, if the Wayfarer glasses are within the case, charges them independently of the USB charger.
