Snapchat did it just right, they made their glasses for the daily snapper, not to some geek that probably would never upload a video to Snapchat.

and yet these are considered "cool" while Google Glass was tech elitist crap....
Cenot4ph 130 is pretty cheap since people spend 200$ for ray bands. It has a camera that's 1080P.
Pause Films what i like is the instant on video. give me a little handheld gizmo i can hang around my neck that does the same thing but gets me 30s clips and i would be very interested. the biggest issue is we have nothing for spontaneous video. the "moment" is always gone by the time one can get the camera opened and recording.

2) They look stupid
3) They are way too expensive

The best parts of your videos are always the shots of Boston. You obviously like Charlestown. My commute used to take me past Sullivan Sq and seeing that Schrafft's building pop up now and again make me feel nostalgic, especially now living so far.

I dig the idea of you specifically having a pair of these. I think a lot of people wonder what it's like to be able to use and test cool tech in their everyday life. A bunch of little first person perspective videos of that on your Snapchat is a pretty good way to see what that's like. So keep using em if you can 👌🏻

Yeah, a fun take on instant video and pictures.. I would never be seen dead wearing a pair of these out on the streets though. Give me a "sensible" offering and we'll be good to go. Something that obviously works on all platforms and with great image quality. I like 🤓

So it's basically your normal cheap sunglasses that people give out for free, except that it has a small camera feature with questionable quality that is connected to snapchat. Very innovative.

The only thing with spectacles is that I can't wear them with glasses and I doubt I can change the lenses on them to fit a prescription. Sure, I could "just wear contacts", but what I loved about Google Glass was the ability to have custom glasses frames and custom eyeglass lenses. But this is just snapchat's way of testing the waters, I'm sure. The glasses are cool, just seem to be in the beta phase. Your video was great; I'd own a pair if it would suit my needs.
Maybe there would be a Dual camera version in the future so they can capture 3D

Sadder still: the kind of reactionary brand zealots who will make assumptions about people's preferences based on what phone they're using in a particular video. I used the iPhone 7 for this one because Snapchat still works better on iOS than on Android. I used the iPhone and Apple Watch at CES because I wanted to reacquaint myself with iOS and WatchOS after literally three months away from them. If you don't like that because of whatever anti-Apple baggage you're carrying around, that's your problem, not mine.
Just Someone uses MacBook and an iPhone doesnt mean that.

Being a student, I probably wouldn't get these because of money even as novelty item, especially now that I know that they have really poor build quality (what's so sad is that that doesn't surprise me). But you have to admit, these things are so cool. Just the concept is incredibly exciting. Snapchat is fun, but it is awkward to use and there's nothing that can change that because that's just the way smartphones are. But this is such an amazing concept that I'm really excited about.

Did it accidentally once, but people reacted positively to the smoothing effect it had on my transition animations so I decided to keep it. Once I'm able to shoot in 4K60 (instead of 4K30) we'll see what happens.

Hi, great videos man. What is your opinion about the radiation of smartphones and all that kind of devices? It's like...you're surrounded (us too) by too much of that stuff. Just wondering your position about that.
I understand why a lot of folks are concerned about it, but from what I understand there's a large body of very convincing evidence that we're in no danger ... and a very small body of less-solid evidence that we are. Then again, I haven't looked into this stuff for a bit ... and I'm no doctor. :)
Suffice to say, I'm not too worried about it.

Sorry, but personally I think these look ridiculous, even on the legend that is Mr Fisher ;) Taste is a personal thing though. Hopefully these are just a mini craze phase and then we don't hear about them again, especially coming from a company like Snapchat. Keep up the great videos though Sir Fisher! 👍

I am currently using Snapchat on My HTC 10, (your review inspired my to consider getting it) and it seems like all the photos I take come out grainy and horrible, even in a well lit room. I don't know what to do, you didn't seem to have those problems on your phones. Is there a special trick I'm missing, or something, what do I do to be able to get high quality snaps?
