In the shadowed corridors of Subsector Aurelia, on the embattled world of Angel's Gate, a Chaos Lord of the Red Corsairs, consumed by visions of dominion and dark ambition, rallies a force of malevolence. Binding a Renegade Sorcerer's arcane might and Ork mercenaries' brute force with promises of power and loot, they seek ancient relics rumored to hold the key to ultimate power. Confronting this dark assembly, a Dark Angels Force Commander, alerted to the threat by intercepted communiques of chaos, calls upon nearby allies. The Lamenters' Apothecary, already on Angel's Gate providing aid to the beleaguered, sees the encroaching darkness as yet another trial for his doomed Chapter but a necessary battle to prevent further loss. Meanwhile, a Warp Spider Exarch, investigating distortions in the webway near Aurelia, recognizes the threat to reality itself. Both, though driven by disparate duties, find common cause with the Dark Angels, forming a bastion of hope against the chaos unleashed.
Sparkky play has just been so frustrating to watch. He almost never rotate to help his team mates, and still regularly let the Chaos Lord army through (who DID regularly rotate to help mid and even up.) And that Dreadnaught push into base was just so bad, literally, his army are torn apart in melee and he send his melee dread on a suicide wild goose chase into base, seriously? No wonder eM7 was so mad about, him and the Lamenter pretty much 2v3 almost the entire game (I guess that's what it felt in the lore figthing along side Dark Angels)
@indrid casts what resolution do you cast in, I'm on an ultra wide-screen and can't get anything to go wider than 1080p on the elite mod any suggestions?
elite Elite Mod’s main function is the balance patch support for high level 1v1 scene. However, in addition, it adds some new content too. Bug fixes New faction - Ordo Malleus(Grey Knights) New units, wargears, skills and globals for each faction New unit portraits New army skins New maps A ladder system with ratings And most importantly, community support such as replays casted on UA-cam, Regular tournaments and other events with streamers on Twitch, a regulated Discord server and a forum website You are only required to buy DoW2 Retribution for multiplayer. Other games/DLCs are not needed. In addition, Elite Mod is required but it is a free mod. All replays casted in this channel are from DoW2 Retribution + Elite Mod. Retribution is the second and the last expansion of DOW2. Retribution is a standalone expansion that does not require other games for it to work. Players created Elite Mod as patch support for Retribution stopped in 2012. For this reason, Elite Mod is also needed for playing multiplayer as unmodded Retribution is largely abandoned aside from single play purposes. Same can be said about Original DOW2 and Chaos Rising the first expansion. They are bought to enjoy single player content only.

If a new person rely solely on finding a room in public room list, there is a high chance that one will suffer from taking long to find a room and skill mismatches. An optimal way to play in Elite while avoiding two forementioned problems would be like below. 1/ Host a new player room and go to D looking-for-games to gather new players for it. 2/ Play some games 3/ Send S friend invite to any and all player who were in your room and were not toxic/blaming. - Doesn't matter if they receive it or not. Keep sending. There is a nice ignore invite button to stop all invites from a player and also invite notification only happens once. These two means invite spam is not a nuisance to anyone. 4/ Repeat Step 1 to Step 3 until you gather about 15 to 20 players in your friend list. 5/ Now, you have power to host a room and fill it up in a minute or two by using both S invite and informing on D any time of the day you want and with players of skills similar to you.
I really hope that heavy melee upgrade for the Seer Council won't remove those awesome spear-witchblades. Otherwise, I'm excited to see how that turns out

Intense game, but the coolest thing for me was the simultaneous side by side force barriers from Librarians controlled by separate players! 😳

Librarians are the MVP in this game. Well played force barrier. Very rarely seen it worked so well.
