Hey James, you should try the "itik salai @ D Salai" near the UTM at Jalan Semarak, KL. The broth is top notch! and has a variety of dishes and desserts to choose from. It opens during working hours fortunately.
That Hokkien mee is the Kuala Lumpur version, with dark soy sauce. It differs from the Singapore and Penang versions. But this is rated as the best version with the largest followers in this region.
