When your custom character appears in a cutscene
Lol
Lmao
Everybody liked that
I has laughed
Not as bad as trying to play a madness corrupt save in GTA SanAndreas. Important characters kill each other in the cutscenes.
im surprised they didnt have the T-rex come out with a triangle
Would have been nice.
Too heavy. 😆
Should have had him eat the woodwinds section.
@@NickC1966 should have eaten the audience who did not appear to react at ALL to this
Spooked Toad I would have loved that
How are they not laughing and able to keep playing flawlessly? :D
As someone who was in middle school band, I was taught that you were to always focus on the conductor for your visual ques. While I was thinking the same thing at how they are able to keep their composer and not laugh, I guess they were able to mostly focus on the conductor and the sheet music making it easy to generally ignore. Though you can tell a few of the band members were kind of smiling, but trying to keep professional.
Plus they've probably seen it a dozen times in rehearsal, so it's no surprise to them.
@@mcarp555 I was in middle school, high school, and marching band, I was taught to do that, but because I have ADD I would still wonder and laugh, no matter how many times he came out in rehearsal
As someone also in band....they MUST have known bc they weren't even phased!
How is the AUDIENCE not laughing??? That makes me indignant.
John Williams is the creator of a lifecycle. Without him the dinosaurs would never have returned to earth, the force did not exist, not even magic would come true without this man. The greatest explorer of the world wouldn't come alive nor would christmas be the same and bikes would never fly, imagine a world like this, and reflect Thanks John Williams.
At least mention Steven Spielberg when you butcher his quote
@@Alucard-gt1zf lol
@@Alucard-gt1zf you mean that his comment is borrowed from steven ?
@@83abhinavnigam “Without John Williams, bikes don’t really fly, nor do brooms in Quidditch matches, nor do men in red capes. There is no Force, dinosaurs do not walk the Earth, we do not wonder, we do not weep, we do not believe.”

@@thecatfather857 Nice heart you got there.
T-rex: I want to conduct this piece.
Conductor: Your arms are too short.
I mean unless they wanted to conduct at a tempo over 200 bpm for his little arms
This plan wasn't thought through very well.
😢
😂😂
T-rex: So are yours
Who else came for the T-rex but stayed for the music?
Lexi V maybe
Me i love all the Jurassic Park/World movie's and i love the music too so i instantly liked the video since they did a great job!
🖐🏾 guilty
Wait, someone is playing music?
Well actually me
Fun fact is the T-Rex is John Williams himself. The way he was moving his arms during the theme. ❤️❤️ 🦕 🦖
:0
Wait really? He probably really loves this score lol
I remember sitting the movie theater back when being totally blown away by the movie as well as the music.. John Williams have always been a master at making epic music scores.
So VERY true!
my school actually did the same thing except our conductor was the one in the dinosaur suit
My school also did this but our teacher wasn’t in it like yours instead it was some random kid and he ran across the stage but fell halfway and it was pretty funny. Turns out the kid did that on purpose for comedic effect
hAH
Cool
That sounds glorious!
We werent playing this song but my band director ran around in that costume in the middle of a choir concert.
This orchestra is so impressive. It is difficult to believe that they are music students, not professionals. Fantastic!
As a music student, we are required to work in an orchestra for our last year in order to graduate, with atleast 2 performances
yes I dont no
@@jobstevenson5346 you people are so privileged.
@@83abhinavnigam What?
Yes, they spared no expense.
The world may be falling apart but we still have beautiful music.

👍🏼😁
Goosebumps...👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I'm impress they held straight faces when the rex came out
Dragon Gamer46 impressed*
They have practiced it many times
I would have died laughing
Honestly, they're probably disappointed that they have to resort to these stunts to get people to come. Too many orchestras are coming close to shutting down due to lack of attendance. It's pretty sad
Resort?? They should do this all the fucking time, instead of all these damn orchestras being super serious and dense.
They played one of John Williams's great masterpieces and surprisingly DIDNT LAUGH at that T-Rex. Dude, sign all those kids up for the London Symphony Orchestra already
Respect man, all there is,is respect
This is becoming the best of Williams' scores for me the more I hear it.
One of the many good things about symphony orchestra music like this is that it can be enjoyed by people all over the world without the true meaning/magic of the music being lost in the translation of lyrics into different languages.
There's a reason why these type of music are "universal".
John Williams truly owned motion picture soundtracks just to name a few - Jaws 1&2, The Indiana Jones franchise, The Star Wars franchise, ET, Jurassic Park, The Harry Potter franchise, Superman, Close encounters of the 3rd Kind, Schindlers List, Hook, Empire of the Sun and Saving Private Ryan not to mention his music for TV.
Don’t forget Home Alone!
That Universal Studios Feeling

wait what? John was de t-Rex?...
John wtf.
So John is female?
No he's the fucking dinosaur
Well John Rex well thats explains my name
The moment at 5:42 made me laugh way too hard! 😂 That split-second after the final note, concluding such an amazing performance, and everything is silent - only for the silence to be broken by the sound of the T-rex clapping and encouraging everyone very earnestly to clap along because "wasn't that a great performance everyone, omg, let's clap, let's clap!!" 😂✨💛
xD
XD
Goosebumps and almost overwhelmed emotions of nostalgia and joy. Great performance I would definitely get watery eyes with, if I've got a chance to be there in person.
Friend: Your orchestra played the theme to Jurassic Park? What instrument did you play?

I loved it so much! My favorite part is 4:01 when the violins hit those notes at the same time! The trumpets, trumbones, the drums flutes all intruments performed so majestically! Outstanding performance you guys 👏
They played it so well, i could easily immerse myself in the spirit of Jurassic Park. The Joy, the sensation, the heart....oh and the Dinosarus.
Clearly they "spared no expense!" during this production as they were able to get real live T-Rex from Jurassic Park itself.

1:01 It still hits me in the feels. That scene where you see the first dinosaur in Jurassic Park, where you get filled with wonder and amazement.
"They're moving in herds. They do move in herds!"
Welcome... To Jurassic Park 🤠🤓
That's the emotional theme, even of the whole movie. These aren't demons or monsters. There's no sinister malice to what they do. They're just animals. And like any animal, they can be extremely dangerous... and extremely beautiful.
Finally, a role I could actually play in an orchestra.
Really tight performance. A group of disciplined and gifted young people. And yes, they had a job to do so they weren’t distracted by the T Rex.
What a seriousness, sincerity, disciplane, timing and dedication in all youngters. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Never before have I seen such beauty! BRAVO!!!!👏👏
DiamondSpiderProductions I agree wanting to play music like this is 99% of the reason I started practicing music
There has been a more beautiful version, the original
You mean heard?
I am sure they wanted to smile but they kept there poses
So majestic!
How could they not smile i’m over here fcking wheezing
As a former band kid, performance is WAY WAY different then practice. You're trying so hard to be perfect when you play in performances you forget that there are people listening. I know I would beat myself up over missing the first half of a beat or breathing at the wrong time.
Rhvkless when you’re in band, you learn to hold it in during a performance
Babylon i use to be but shit i gave up on that bs
Rhvkless
they had to concentrate
thats hard to laugh and play at the same time
I regret not studying paleontology as I promised myself as a kid
You can see the smile on every person's face as they play music from one of the world's most iconic movies.
This world has had it's fair share of troubles... But moments like this remind me that there is hope of we can come together and forget our pride and greed.

What time?
I lost it when the Rex started waggling his little arms in time with the music.
Confirmed, John Williams is a musical super-villian! So many classic movie themes done by him and this one is so good, one of my favorite orchestral pieces of his! Great job by the orchestra!
These young people demonstrate an incredible level of talent that ranks with the best professional symphonies.
I would've lost it if I turned and looked at the dinosaur 😂😂😂
James Garza So true... 😂😂
Hannah Matthau Actually it depends on how their rehearsals go…for my band, we did a performance of “Sleigh Ride” with a guy in a Santa outfit conducting. We only did dress rehearsal with him once, all other times he was in normal clothes. So when the actual performance came, we still were laughing at him and tried to bury ourselves in the music so we wouldn’t laugh.
eri139 aaand that is why we actors/actresses have dress rehearsals

Everyone in that orchestra looks to be under 18. They sound like they have twice that many years in experience.
It's a highschool orchestral academy?
@@eyzonm3 Music Academy*
Yeah I don't know about twice as many years, they objectively sound very, very good for high schoolers and could easily be early college level but there are definitely things they've got to work on....like tempo (that one section in the trumpets at 4:23 is tricky, easy to be late to the party there and they were). They're just not pros yet and we shouldn't expect them to be. They'll get there. Overall it was a phenomenal performance.

Connor notyerbidness We aren’t praising the composer. We’re praising the people performing. John Williams is awesome, but he’s not the one conducting, playing or walking around in a T. Rex costume. So he doesn’t get to be the subject of the conversation right now, as good as he is.
