Absolutely loving this series so far! I'm actually enjoying this more than any of Rycon's series for some reason - I think it's the combination of a slightly less Serious:tm: and more fun narration style that still keeps in mind the characters as people, and doing a better job showing off the game mechanics to an inexperienced player like me.

The improvements to this skill were very needed, it was underwhelming if you weren't swimming or parkouring. Yeah, 'fresh' songs and photo's are more of a mood bonus, same with pictures, the numbers do get 'used' photos at an average of 8 I think? Not real sure about music, I assume they get 'stale' after a while and need fresh songs to add to the mix. Recipes don't seem to care if the computer/e-tablet is on to use them as long as they are in range it seems.
Been looking forward to this~ Something about your voice and the way you narrate and explain brings me good feelings, and the background story that is being woven makes me wonder how this character is going to comprehend/perceive the cataclysm. ^ ^ As a note I did enjoy your recent Fear & Hunger story video too. Well done.

Hey there worm, glad to see another episode. Same great quality as before, keep it up. The M4 drop was soooo lucky. Between that and your other guns you can probably clear a good chunk of the mall at this point. Can't wait to see what your next moves are.

By examining the JSON for other groups I learned to use "containter-item": "null" to get rid of the plastic bags, and "entry-wrapper": "backpack" as a better way to get the items in the container I want. This kind of scenario is where I'd be most likely to die, my solution would be to try and find some "sprinting powder" and lure the Z out and away from the mall. As a great philosopher of old once said: "Gotta go fast!" :P
You can also improve your stamina, by doing active or extreme activitys every day in game. The longer you do that, the more stamina you get. I did not see a limit to it yet. I literaly doubled my stamia by doing active crafting, like blacksmithing, for 30 days.
I'd caution that the benefit is somewhat minor, like less than 10% on its own even at high levels, and is only noticeable when combined with good lifestyle bonuses etc. for higher cardio bonuses overall. Still, for the small amount of time it takes to improve it, it's really good
I will give that a look, thanks! Sledgehammers are usually too heavy and awkward for use as a weapon unless your character has tons of stamina, but they can be handy against certain enemies or for destroying structures/furniture.
Watching your videos is like hanging out with that friend you really want to hit on but the friendship is too good. Thanks for bringing on a feeling thought lost from childhood
Too bad there are not enough arrows (and no easy way to craft own). A shady moll would be an ideal hunting grounds for a novice archer with "compound hunting bow", considering most of the zombies are still in their basic form and lack any armor.
The bow would be nice but it actually makes a bit of noise and the mall is very very crowded with zombies in all directions. It's too slow to easily deal with groups in an environment like this, but down the line I'll be sure to try it out
@@mutantwormgirl Yes, true. Without a proper dampening kit a bow is kinda noisy. Nothing critical, though: your bow has base noise of 10 and a range of 18 (more with deluxe arrows), so it is easy to stay out of targets' hearing radius. The lack of quiver, though is an issue. Taking each arrow from a backpack is slow (300+50 moves only for initial readiness without aiming). Quiver makes it 20+50 (plus another 130 moves for aiming), so roughly one shot every 2 seconds. And again, only 10+ arrows. Not enough.
