For the past 3 months, I've been applying my vitamin C & my retinol to my face, neck, hands and arms where I have age spots and crepey skin (age 68). I do the vitamin c in the morning after cleansing, wear sunscreen during the day and I use the retinol at bedtime on my face, neck, hands and arms. I have seen a significant improvement especially with the age spots.

Can you review body lotion that includes SPF?
Another informative video with great recommendations. I love it that you went into ideas for helping with aging, crepey skin on the hands in this video. I've always had very thin skin on my hands but I really notice the tendency to bruise from a tap these days so I appreciate recommendations you provided. I began using Versed based on your recommendation in an earlier video and I have definitely seen improvement in the crepey skin on my body. Thanks Dr. Sugai.

Gold Bond's Age Renew line is also excellent. I use their retinol lotion and crepe corrector lotion.

All good info but the problem I have is with applying product to hands. We are constantly washing our hands throughout the day. I guess I’ll have to find a hand lotion with retinol
Retinol absorbs in 10-30min. So once you apply and wait that amount of time, the "treatment" has already been done. You've gotten the max effect from the retinol.

I find it helpful to use right before bed so it has about 7 hours to stay on uninterrupted 👍😊

I have crepey skin on my arms and legs. I have started using Versed retinol body lotion, how do I know how much retinol is in it, and how long before I should see results to know if it is worth buying?
I use retin a on the back of my hands and my arms. I use a 50 mineral spf all the time. I’m not sure if it is doing anything yet!
Studies have been done to prove collagen supplentation works. You might want to research that a little more.
As a pharmacist, I agree with Dr Sugai. Studies are most conducted by companies and may be biased.

my trentinoin is hard to spread on top of my other serums, so would it be ok to mix it with a moisturizer on the back of my hand before spreading it on my face? I've heard that you shouldn't mix but I don't understand why that's not a good idea.
I use my Tretinoin after cleanser then add on serums, eye cream, moisturizer. I remember Dr Idriss saying if ur face can handle Tret use it first as it’s the power house ingredient ur using first. Also my Dermatologist in Australia said to use Tret first, I have time so I leave Tret on for half hr then add serums.
