    I wish I could say that I got results from argeriline. But I didn't. If anything, it seemed to dry out my skin and make the lones around my eyes more pronounced. I've been getting better results from the Ordinary's copper peptides.
    Glad to see you back, Dr. Locke. Missed you. 😊

    I actually drink often during the week chicken bone broth. Which is known to be very concentrated in collagen, a lot of vitamins and minerals of course. I sometimes homemade it or I go to my local "natural" grocery store that has that very similar and short ingredient list as my homemade version. It is so tasty that serve myself a mug of it at night or obviously incorporate it in my cooking recipes. But of course supplements are more quick and easy so I understand why people prefer this than broth 😊

    • @juStb4u
      @juStb4u 2 місяці тому +2

      Most of the time argilerine - a peptide - works well with most other ingredients including retinoids and ahas but it’s always good to be cautious when first starting. Be sure to alternate your glycolic and retinoid every other night, but I’ve used argilerine with matrixyl for two years combined with various forms of vitamin A and recently 10% glycolic and lactic acid and had no issues. First cleanse then glycolic then argilerine & moisturizer. Or cleanse - argilerine - retinoid then moisturizer - remember everyone is different so always test things gradually to see if you have any sensitivity.

    • @jcjccmz
      @jcjccmz 2 місяці тому +1

      Two possible options: 1. Some products will use masking fragrance to replace the smell with something else or "remove" that scent. My PTR Vit C cream was awesome but basically all the complaints in the reviews were about the smell, which is natural, so I noticed that my last purchase of the cream removed the smell. Bummer, because I don't like added fragrance; I would've prefered the real smell of the ingredients instead (even that semi-cooking hot dog smell which dissipates within seconds literally). Luckily for you, most brands actually add citrus scents to cover up the Vitamin C smell if you prefer that. 2. Until recently, when I started incorporating the PTR Vit C cream, I just used products with other antioxidants like reservatrol or peptides. You really don't have to use vitamin C.

    Aaarrgh! its confusing...
    You introduce your “Four Wrinkle Treatment” categories... Serums & Creams, Patches, Skin Care Devises and Collagen Supplements. The first product is from the “Patches” category and you explain the micro-darts, the ingredient Argineline (a.k.a. Botox-In-A-Bottle) etc. etc. I was good up to that,, but after five min. you moved to your second category, “Serums & Creams” which focuses on (other?) “Four Main Ingredients,” namely Vitamin C, Retinoids, Peptides and Bakichiol before you detail the benefits and again the ingredient Argineline (a.k.a. Botox-In-A-Bottle) and stress how effective the Bakichiol is. I couldn’t make sense of the comparisons and began to feel completely lost, even when I re-watched and started writing it down. I only made it though to the beginning of category three, “Devices.".
    I appreciate the information but there’s something wrong in the delivery of it. I think it’s too much, too fast. Hard to absorb for anyone who is not professional not working in the industry. I’m exhausted, lol! I realize I might be the problem and maybe 99% of your subscribers disagree with me. I apologize if that’s the case.

    I like to combine good scincare, nutrition with botox 😉. And to be honest prefer to spend my money on the gold standard (Botox) against wrinkles around the eyes, then on expensive patches …

      That’s great for you, but not everyone wants to inject their face with toxins. I wouldn’t call it the gold standard. To each their own.

    It's silly and unnecessary to compare botox to beauty products. It paralises the muscles, there is nothing even remotely similar out there. Looks like a clickbait.😢
    I've used 'botox in a bottle ' (hate this name) and it doesn't do anything! Like...zero.

      I find that term so incredibly annoying as well as misleading. Nothing topical is going to give the effects of Botox.

      I use "Botox in a bottle" and it definitely works for me, especially if I use it in multiple steps. It freezes my unconscious movements and the fine wrinkles almost disappear. But my face, especially my forehead, has almost no fat, it's mostly skin, muscle and bone. Some things work for some people and for others they don't. Like vitamin c does nothing for me and I tried all of the favorites.

      @@AllegraJina you are joking,right? It freezes your unconscious movements? Sorry, but that's just sound absurd!!

      I think it’s more about giving alternatives. Some people simply don’t want to inject a toxin in their bodies. I’ve used Botox and it’s good, but honestly I’ve used it a few times total and it doesn’t last long. I’ve decided to focus ok my aging skin rather than use something that is very temporary and does come with some side effects! Despite what they tell you. I like her alternative options and I’ve used Many and am quite happy! My face can move , but I feel like my skin looks and feels very nice. Maelove makes some great serums. Frownies also are decent. Botox is very short lived.

      For me I've noticed Argireline does do something. I notice it when I haven't used it in awhile. I've never used Botox though (and I'm not planning to), so can't compare it. I'm guessing Botox does quite a bit more than Argireline though.
