    Thank you for the introduction to Yin Yoga. I've been practicing yoga for about 15 years and just learned about the Yin option. I feel it's something I've been looking for and look forward to learning more..... Your introduction has been very helpful!

    Just finished the 20 min Fibromyalgia routine . Very relaxing and much appreciated specially today that I’m having a flare up. Looking forward to the next video !

    Hi Joelle, thanks for this informative talk on Yin Yoga. Your Yin Yoga for hip bursitis is now my new favorite. I find it very relaxing and meditative. I will definitely try your yin yoga for stress relief. We can all use some relief these days. Sorry to hear about your job. Remember that what's important is not what happens to you but how you respond to it! Know that you are making a difference in people's lives with this channel. You're in the right track!     Hello Joelle - thank you for your wonderful videos. I've been watching your lower back videos. I'm 65 and have had chronic back pain for over 30 years. Should I practice Yin yoga every week, more often or less?
