Thank you so much for pointing out the form. I have been doing downward dog wrong...my ears were not lined up with my arms and I focused more on my heels being down, messing up the shape of my back, and basically throwing it all out of whack. Needed this so bad as I only do yoga and home.
I had just started Vinyasa classes when we were forced into another C19 lockdown here in the UK so no studio classes allowed. I found this tutorial very useful to help me practice some basics at home, to get used to some good stretches, and ensure I am doing things correctly. I will have a go at the poses and keep trying to improve, until we are allowed back out again! If you can recommend any of your other videos for a complete beginner like me? I prefer the Vinyasa because of the constant movement element. Thank you for sharing.
This made me feel vinyasa less. I went once and I was lost in a puddle of my own sweat and I was embarrassed. No one correctly my form . I will try this! Namaste!
This is what I've been researching all morning. I think with yoga their bum is high but for all other workout planks you should be a straight line. I know when I've been doing my plank I've been doing it as a straight line and I have to move my hands quite a bit to do it, so I think that is why their bum is up is because you are having to adjust too much for the flow.
It's very helpful to see the teacher instruct the student on how to correct improper postures and actions in the poses.

the plank with the arms lined at the side is sooo hard
I noticed when the gal went into plank, her bum was up a bit at first. Is it supposed to be up-ish or a straight line from shoulders to heels?

I have my students have their hips in line with their shoulders for deeper core connection. thanks for asking and sorry for the late reply!
Please make video on murghasana.
Flow starts at 6:30
I'm glad she went over form tho 😸
What's updog?
This needs to be made a little louder, it is not loud enough, especially if your listening with only your mobile Phone
....LOL
Helpful tutorial but the tone of it made me feel like I was watching a college lecture not a yoga tutorial
good lesson but her voice is too small to hear clearly.
