Crispy Crunchy Healthy Plant Based Air Fryer Roasted Chickpea Snacks

- Air fryer roasted Chickpea snacks. This healthy Plant based snack is very easy to make in the air fryer and packed with nutrition. They are full of vitamins and minerals making it an amazing snack for kids. 
Ingredients:
Chickpeas - 20g
Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Paprika - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Dried Mango Powder - 1/4 tsp
Process:
1️⃣ Drain and rinse canned chickpeas.
2️⃣ Roll in tea towel to get rid of extra moisture and discard skins that cone out.
3️⃣ In a bowl put okive oil and choice of seasoning to chickpeas and coat them well.
4️⃣ Put in air fryer basket in sibgke layer and roast them at 200 C for 15-18 minutes; shaking halfway through.
5️⃣ Enjoy this healthy plant based snacks with kids.

I do this recipe all the time but with freshly boiled chickpeas. It is great snack
