They look so good and fluffy!!😍 I like how a lot of Asian food vendors show you how they make their food!
I imagine part of it is selling the product, but it's also giving the customer the chance to see why it takes as long as it does to make their order. There are stands that only sell food that is fast to make, but many like this want you to see that the wait is worth it, and that food takes as long as it takes to cook. This educates the customer and gives them something to do while they wait. Win win. :)

Just follow the pancake instructions but separate the egg yolks and whites. Make a meringue from the egg whites and gently fold them into the pancake mix. Cook and enjoy.

Yes, but if one yolk breaks while cracking them in, they are screwed since it will be nearly impossible to remove the broken yolk.

If you crack one egg in a small container then transfer to the big container, you can still check them one by one without risk. Eventually when they're all together in the big container, you can grab all the yolks at once.

Dude you can make them on your own. You just need eggs, flour and sugar. Don't tell me your country doesn't produce that. It's fuckin simple to make. Absolute no reason to go to Korea for that.

youtube primer I’ve read that yolk color depends more on the chicken’s diet and the season the egg is laid. But I can understand why fresher eggs would have sturdier yolks since the proteins haven’t broken down yet. I still think it’s pretty risky to place that many eggs into one bowl. Getting egg whites to whip is pretty difficult if even a tiny bit of yolk ends up in the batch.
What would be worse? How about breaking a shell into that giant bowl. That would take forever to get out
Andrew Hudson Nah. Shells are easy. You can use another piece of shell to pick it out. Or just wait and the shell will sink to the bottom. Since these people seem to portion out the egg whites into small containers, removing the shell in the process isn’t too difficult.

플레이팅은 저만하면 괜찮은거 같은데. 생크림이랑 과일도 꽤 많이 올라가있고. 플레이팅보고 욕할정도는 아닌듯 다만 밑에분 말처럼 메이플 시럽 뿌려져 있었으면 더 좋았겠다 정도. 근데 18000원은 생각도 못했다 비싸봐야 한 13000원 정도 하겠지 했는데 18000원이면..나라면 그 가격대 케잌을 사먹을듯 주위 시끄러운거보니 가게 분위가 좋다거나 이런것도 아닌거 같은데
