Hello. I have Armenian friends and for Easter they have a traditional recipe with fish, dried fruits and I think also almonds. It's incredibly delicious. Try I'm sure you will like it. This is one of my son's favorite recipes. Thanks for watching, have a nice evening 😊
The recipe that I show in the video is French and comes from Normandy. I was talking about Armenians just to show that it is quite common in other countries to mix flavors with fish. Have a nice evening ✨
Oh, comme c'est intéressant et comme c'est appétissant ! Merci encore pour ces ABC culinaires français, ainsi que pour les merveilleuses balades parisiennes. Bonsoir🙂
When I stayed with ma famille d'accuille, we often ate comté cheese and camembert and occasionally did goat cheese. I miss having the variety of cheeses that are available in France. However, in the U.S., offering products made of raw milk or lait cru is illegal. Merci for another video, madame! (Oui, I'm using English and Français at the same temps).
I would love to hear about what your typical movement is in a day. I know you say your walk to work is 45 mins each way which is fantastic. Do you do other movement as well in addition to your walks to and from work? What do weekends look like movement-wise for you? Thank you for your wonderful videos. They are inspiring me to adopt a similar approach in the U.S. I have noticed increasing protein has made a huge difference. I no longer snack, I feel fuller longer, and am doing 3 meals a day too.
Also I have never been someone who tends to eat ultra-processed foods. I am definitely focusing on scratch cooking and eating at home as well as high quality ingredients.
Hello. Yes, we are made up of proteins ourselves. They are essential for us because we lose nitrogen every day and we have to replace it with our diet. And it's become even more important as we age (from the age of 30) as we no longer absorb them very wel and we lose lean mass and muscle mass. For sport, I do 3 sessions of 20 to 30 minutes of workout at home per week. On weekends, I work on Saturdays (dietician) and on Sundays, I like to go hiking in the forest or I walk to see an exhibition or a museum. Thanks for watching ☺️
I love how you place the various dishes for breakfast. It's really nice and the food looks delicious. Can I ask you what is the brand of decaf coffee that you use? Thank you for sharing.
Do you eat oily fish often, is it something you prioritise? Here it's recommended twice weekly for heart/brain health. Salmon is too often farmed, so we've switched to trout and mackerel.
Thank you for this informative video! Can you please provide an estimation of how far you walk to and from work? Do you also take daily walks when you work from home? You seem very active.
Hello. It's a 45 minute walk to my office and same to come back. When I work from home I walk 20 minutes at lunchtime or after work. I workout 20 minutes 3 times a week (mix of cardio and pilates inspired workout). I enjoy walking, but to workout I have to push myself a little... Thanks for watching ☺️
Hello depending on the day of course and what I have on hand in my fridge but in general around 80 to 100 gr of animal proteins and 50 to 120 gr of carbs. Have a nice day 😊
Hello. Yes lunchtime at my office is always a kind of picnic as we don't have anything to reheat, cut or store foods. I don't mind it but it's the reason why I enjoy cooking for dinner. Thanks for watching ☺️
Hello. Funny how some say i don't eat enough and others too much. People's needs are individual and differents. I am a dietician, i calculated the macros and micros i need based on my height, weight, age and activity and i also trust my intuition and of course what i feel like cooking and eating. Some days I eat more and some days less depending on my hunger. I also trust my body. I never gain weight and my health is very good. That being said, as I said in the video I shared my lunch with a colleague. Have a nice day
Nothing processed! This is a beautiful healthy way to live ❤❤

We love Comté cheese but it’s so expensive to buy in the uk now. I had some every day when I was in France this summer😊
Hello yes it's my favorite cheese with Camembert ! Have a nice day 😊

Hello I try to eat fish once a week. Sometimes it's just canned tuna or sardines. Thanks for watching ☺️
Amazing video! Thanks for that. I also have a question about the type of salt you use in kitchen?
Hello Thanks 🙏 I use traditional sea salt from the west of France. It's inexpensive and high quality (rich in iodine). Have a nice day.
Thank you for this informative video!

In the Midwest USA 12 eggs now cost 9 dollars.
Woah 😳 Here in Finland you get 12 eggs for 2-3 USD, depending on the brand and store. Nine dollars is insane lol
In France it's 3 to 5 euros depending on the quality you choose (organic etc.). Thanks for watching, have a nice day
Thank you for these! About how many calories and grams of protein do you tend to eat in an average day?
Hello depending on the day of course and what I have on hand in my fridge but in general around 80 to 100 gr of animal proteins and 50 to 120 gr of carbs. Have a nice day 😊
