Ah, thank you for posting this. Currently we are having a horrible heatwave in Cyprus, it's almost impossible to cook. We eat only light meals that don't need much work: watermelon with feta or haloumi, sandwiches, pasta, quickly cooked sausages, maybe an omellete, tons of ice cream or yogurt with frozen fruit to cool us down. It's horrible. I can't wait to cook and eat a proper meal..😂 everything you made looks amazing .😍
The chicken and steak meals looked delicious😋, i have cottage cheese regularly and sometimes stir some rose harrisa in to it, to have with grilled meat. Love comte cheese! and of course the high cocoa solids dark chocolate, lovely with a coffee or glass of red wine. Thank you.🙋♂️
Thanks a lot! I'll bake too cottage cheese in the oven tomorrow morning.
Hello. Thanks 😊 yes my son sometimes does eats chocolate, ice cream and cakes. I do too on birthday parties for instance. It's not a problem for health when it's occasionally and part of a meal.
Hello, I've just spotted on instagram the same recipe but with two eggs added. it's blended in a food processor, then spread out and baked the same way (30 minutes / 200 ° Celcius). It looks very good. I'm going to try. Thanks for watching. Have a nice evening!
@@easyfrenchdiet I make them too, but with an egg and some oats mixed in + a teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt :) I use a spoon to put them on the baking tray so they look more like a bread roll when they are done. I cut them in half before eating.
Just found this channel! Love it! So relaxing! By the way, is it typical for people in France to eat Lindt, or some other chocolate for their lunches and dinners? By the way, I subscribed! 🥰
Hello. Thanks for watching ☺️ the French finish their meal with yogurt or fruit. regarding chocolate I know quite a few people who eat a piece of chocolate with coffee after lunch. When I was a kid I had a piece of chocolate with a slice of bread for my after school snack. Have a nice day
I love watching your videos and started adding a square of dark chocolate to my afternoon decaf espresso. Will try your version of the chicken basquaise tomorrow. Here in California all those veggies are plentiful and will be perfect for your recipe. Santé !

Really appreciate the english sub titles! Just occurred to me that they weren't in French. Sadly my french is not that good yet, but your English is very very good!
Hello. Yes you're right 😉 when I don't have fresh fruit I eat that. I think it's not a great choice but they taste good. Real fruit will always be more healthy. Have a nice day

Healthy, simple, delicious! Thank you for sharing! Hello from San Diego, CA, USA!
Thanks for watching ☺️
I am nutritionist and enjoy your videos. Very approachable and doable. Like your concept of desert. Does your son eat sweets

@@easyfrenchdiet we try not to give our twins too many sweet but sugar is so big in the American diet and culture 😬
Yes it's a challenge these days to avoid sugar. It's everywhere.
Great chicken dish
I also like to make the cottage cheese "bread." Helps to add some additional protien to my diet. Great idea to serve along side a cold lunch 👍

When you pour your water in, is it already hot or cold?
Hello. I guess you're talking about the water I pour into the chicken dish. It is cold. Have a nice day.

It's odd that the American version of that same chocolate has less fiber, but more protein than the German chocolate.
Hello. Yes I have already noticed that many items contain different ingredients in the United States. Indeed it's weird. Have a nice evening
Isn't that too much protein?
Super🎉
Thanks 😊
Please use the back of your knife to move vegetables - keep the sharp side for cutting!
The office lunch looks so sad!
Hello. Real Life. I show what I really eat and sometimes it looks like that. That suits me. Have nice day
@@easyfrenchdiet yes, there are many sad office hours lunches all over the world. It’s real life.
All overcooked
I like your recipes. It seems, however, you are a little bit possessed with this apple sauce. Hardly any meal without.
