There are no detectors that detect gemstones. Metal detectors detect metal. You probably need some type of sluice or screen system to find gems. Try googling it.
I don't do it because in Connecticut any personal items like jewelry you have to turn in to authorities. I'm not spending money and time to find things just to return them. If there's identification with an object than that's one thing but a ring or watch should be finders keepers. You obviously don't have the same laws in your state.
though I had some problem with sea water It also ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxa-FNYUOM93a388gi9a4brtSCEVmrHgJH land for finding any things very easily. (thought it would work as normal due to it being water proof within certain parts of the detector), on dry land and sand worked well. My first one, so still have lots to learn
Where are you detecting? Looks like a nice spot. Also i love how you keep your videos realistic and natural, no silly hype or exaggerating and no click bait. Great job!
YES! For F^(&s sake I hate all those over exaggerated videos that are just time wasters. They were not even funny at the beginning of that lame trend. enough of that. And again, bueno, bueno video, senor. How much would you think you "netted" if you sold the valuable finds that no one claimed? just curious.
First time watching your video! I'm sure everyone watching gets excited when you get a signal, no matter what you find. It's more the excitement and anticipation of the hunt! I live right on Lake Superior in Duluth, Minnesota, now I want to do that too!
I almost bet that the ring that looked like a class ring with the emerald/green stone is probably a us military Army ring from the post exchange-P/X. I HAD ONE WHEN I bought it after my advanced individual training then 10 years later I was awarded the real gold and emerald ring for recruiting excellence just before my morel award presented for top top honors in recruiting and it was awarded by CSM Morrel of whom the award is named after. Good luck mate
@@BeachPirate ok , thanks for the reply. I have seen many fake ones while In the service lol! Hope you find lots of great finds i just bought my third detector a fisher f75 special and have not been able to use it yet due to weather in Indiana lol
Nice pendants, coins and a super large ring that would have given you a smile. Last night I found 6 x $2.00 goldies and the day before 7 x $1.00 goldies...weird! on a sand hunt. Mate found 4 rings in the surf, one being a very old 9k bowling trophy ring.
A very enjoyable hunt with some nice finds, I always enjoy watching your adventures on the beach. I'm sure like many of your subscribers I would love to detect that beach, but distance and health makes that dream virtually impossible. But I'm so pleased that you have found such a target rich location with no competition, what a huge potential for many more great finds. Good Luck on your future hunts, fingers crossed for some awesome finds.
Hi Bob, yes it is nice to have a target rich beach with little competition. But I think what makes this place special is the fact there are no coins in circulation. As you know clad can burn up a lot of time and energy. I am sure there are some amazing places all around the world with no competition. In Asia this hobby is almost unheard of. I am not sure about South America.. but I think it is mostly a western hobby. See you on the next hunt :)
That green gem ring you found is a class ring from high schools. It should have a date on the side that says when they graduated. Also those rings are expensive they range from 100$ - 1000$.
I died when you found the first "ring" 🤣 I immediately recognized that it was a gauge, I wear them myself. You did however realize that shortly after inspecting it. Haha, I will admit, that is kinda gross touching someone else's dirty jewelry 🧐🤔😳
The earlobe thing is called a Guage I believe. Great finds Mr B. Got a super low tide here next weekend ... hoping to score ONE ring over that weekend ...lol. GL&HH
Not a huge fan of the Guage, but if it's Gold I will definitely take it :) Good luck on the weekend m8.. we both need to get on the gold leader board for 2019! 👍
A totally enjoyable video beach hunt. Always a rush to find one of those big rings, and once you get used to it the disappointment is minimal. Don’t be grossed out by the ear ring, they probably also have rear rings out there..... I don’t want to talk about it! 🥴 I was very happy to see some Zombies arrive on scene, finally. They really add to your videos. Their curiosity shows you to be an adventurer from a far away land with his strange contraption. 😗 From what I could see that bullet shell could be 9.62 NATO used in M-14’s and M60 machine guns. As you say it should have green corrosion on it after 50 years. Along the New England coast here in the US we still find ammo from WWII. Big 50 Cal. shells still loaded. Very green indeed.
Hi Jack, I don't know much about firearms but one of the guys below mentioned it could be a 303 cartridge. When I did a google image search it looked like a match. LOL I think 50% of my subs come here to see me get annoyed by Zombies. There were a few more encounters but I was digging trash at the time...kind of makes for boring video. Maybe I should feature them anyway 👍
Beach Pirate Don’t worry you are doing fine. A lot of people look forward to seeing your videos as I do. There is an upbeat feeling to them even if you don’t score big. Very few videos make me wish I was there except yours. Keep having fun.🏴☠️
Actually a fact ear stretchers made of acrylic or rubber collect bacteria and need to be cleaned every few days unless it is made of metal just as a ring on a finger👌
It would be something if you could while searching for valuables grab some of those empty plastic bottles and other plastic trash laying around and put it in a rubbish bin Great for Mother Nature and for you too. Thanks and good lucks for your findings
nice finds, USA made jewelry typically are stamped but sometimes gold and silver jewelry from other countries do not stamp their rings or jewelry. good video makes me want to go now.
Those huge rings are usually a U.S. college or university ring. They are played maybe? The student's name should be on the top. You can look them up online and hopefully return it to the student? They're $120-175 US?

Hello, I'm a long time UA-camr, Land Treasure Hunter. I tried water detecting for the first time today. I had a really hard time. I have all the gear I need. Trying to snorkel and recover targets are a surf beach is futile, you gotta use the scoop. In the beginning try to stay waist deep at the most until you become more confident recovering targets.
