    though I had some problem with sea water It also ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxa-FNYUOM93a388gi9a4brtSCEVmrHgJH land for finding any things very easily. (thought it would work as normal due to it being water proof within certain parts of the detector), on dry land and sand worked well. My first one, so still have lots to learn

    I love watching UA-cam shows , this one especially because it was so clean and you didn't find any trash , I also look at my own collection that I have saved from my family going back many years ago when I was younger we liked in 2 public houses and when we refurbished them I got to keep them, this one is my favourite ,thank you and keep going ,, best of luck for future endeavours,, x

    In the early 1970's I was SCUBA certified and this would now be a great past time if I didn't have Parkinson's. Today I am homebound and can only watch videos of others enjoying life. Enjoy it while you can because you never know what awaits you in the future.

    I use to do that when I use to live in Michigan got a lot of gold at the beaches there is a state park in up state new York called bear mountain the beach is really big maybe a half mile long got a nice 5lb chain there once back in the 80s. but my health got bad and had to give it up . thanks for letting me see this video only wish my old heart could let me do it again one more time but don't want to take the chance thanks guys

    What a awesome time capsule you unearthed. Those keys, I adore. Of course all the jewelry too. I have my grandmother's signet ring. I'm sure all those pieces were dearly missed back then. Hope you revisit this spot soon. Great step back in time! Thanks

      @@rogerd4559 Meh. This guy found an old swim beach that has apparently never been found, I doubt it is that big of an area. Every find is something decent because of the age. Usually change is a bother, now its a real find at this beach. This could very well be one day.

    The ring with the heart and crown is a claddagh ring. Could bd a very rare find. I would check tue Company , they still exist. Greta video

    I like the scuba metal detecting better than I like the walking around the shore metal detecting. This is the first one that I have seen by detector comparisons. Excellent job on the hunt as well as the video. I also like the little snooping fish!

    What a great spot you found. I can't believe how many vintage rings you find. Being a swimming spot I'm surprised there wasn't more coins.

      It seems the real old spots I hunt have a high ratio of jewelry to coins. There were bathhouse lockers on the shore so my guess is they changed into their bathing suits leaving the change behind but did not bother to remove their jewelry

      I was thinking that same thing. Lock phones in the car, wear a band to keep your glasses on and take off all valuable jewelry.

    Awesome video and amazing finds. I also use the Excalibur 2. I mount the detector and battery part onto my dive belt and it's much easier on my arm when swinging it underwater for hours. 😊

      Elverhoj jewelry comes from an artist community in upstate New York, circa 1913, where "Instruction was offered in painting, etching, jewelry, weaving, metalwork, and bookbinding…. The main product of the Elverhöj Colony seems to have been jewelry, made of gold and silver with semi-precious stones." Quote from: chicagosilver.com/elverhoj
