PERFECT timing on this subject! The depression lately has gotten worse in the way of a lot of fatigue and foggy thinking. Been feeling frustrated with how this is affecting me doing the things I enjoy doing. Thank you for this practice and wisdom.❤

Thanks for this wisdom. Your message reminds me to focus on my ability to choose either freedom and love instead of fear and judgement... to simply take a rest from trying so hard.... is so beautifully simple yet, so amazing and also so very possible. 🙂

This resonates with me so strongly. I'm just now seeing this video, but looking at the time it was uploaded, I was going through this. And I made a decision to let it go. And that was the best decision I've made in a long time. Thank you for posting this, and for everything you do. Been following your channel since 2016 🙌

I love your videos and I thank you very much for them. I have also ordered your book.
My question is what to do when you are ill (currently disabled), in financial straits, and cannot seem to effect any change in my difficult circumstances? I must keep trying, as in seeing doctors, filling out reams of papers for said doctors, testing, etc. (I am so tired of it all, really). When the suffering seems to come from all directions?
Thank you so much for your wisdom!

You speaking of "I" made me think that persons, family and others, don't see me for who I am and all they've done is misunderstand me all these years. I'm the only 1 who knows who I am and what kind of person I am or so it seems. I'm no saint (who is) but I think I have good qualities for a person. But how is it they don't, or haven't been able to see the "nice and the "good" in me? It seems to me that my entire life family and others have judged me on the small size of my wallet.

Hi, Jason, based on your teaching, for what reason we strive to be better? To do things in the world? Before my motivation is to become successful in the eyes of others(money, social status, etc), make other happy. But right now it feels empty. If I will die and everything will disappear actually, why should we strive? I do not mean we should not strive, but I lost the reason.
    And how about gratitude?
    Thank you for your videos!
