The power of free will allows movement without entrapment in self-created bubbles of tempting illusion. I've never considered the powerful aspect of mantras as forceful rivers of truth....! thank you Yogi, excellent teaching.
Thanks Jason, I've struggled with impulse patterns that seem to keep coming up, like ordering food out, somehow thinking it's intuition I think they would be called asanas of the mind or body. And yes using free will or conscious decision rather than acting on gut feeling has been the struggle for me. I really needed to hear this
