They’re killing me too. “Prison of feelings.” That’s how I feel at times. I’m a prisoner of feelings. Wow, beautiful words used to explain. “Tapestry of life.” Buddha said, there’s no “I”. I believe this. What is “I”.
Thanks for using a good mic. I can hear the wind in the background pushing the trees clashing their leaves and with your calming voice it feels great and calm
Refocus yourself and right down what is important to you and really isn't important that has to do with your surroundings and who's in your life. Sometimes we must let go to heal in order to make room to recieve
Oh thank you for heart Jason it’s so beautiful to see you connect with people who watch your videos you have always been an inspiration in my life I been through a difficult tractions in my life at this point bring me the change I need but it’s your mantras I do and your videos as helped me , healed me past a stuck point of my journey. You as my teacher is extraordinary. Bless you beautiful thank you so much you do with such love and passion and then follow up our comments too with your lovely little hearts ♥️ thank you 🙏
It's natural to feel those feelings but they aren't who make you who you are. Besides that's all those really are...... feelings, they'll pass. Acknowledge it for what it is.
Great videos Jason, very helpful content to me in all walks of life. I enjoy listening to someone that understands these emotions we all experience, thank you!
Hello Yogi, you are spot on about social media (you say it here and there, not just this video) as a place to seek succor for feelings :). I too have been sucked into social media looking for approval and its a tail-chasing experience...your teachings have helped support my decision to pry away from using it that way. 'playing with misconceptions... let go of the game to play a new game...'
Hi, is this comment for me? I'm sorry I didn't get notified of this comment. I'm glad you found something that helps you. I don't think I could take anything like that.
Hahahaha I love this so much. I can always tell when I am falling out of the what is by how feelings affect me. Then it is usually followed by a short span of ego death, again.
I'm sorry but I don't believe we left the Creator only to go through this experience to try to get back to the Creator. I think we're here to discover something new in consciousness that hasn't even been created yet.. like love. and I'm sorry but without feelings and empathy in feelings we cannot reach love. I understand that creating drama in our feelings is not the way but I'm tired of the teachings that give a message like your video of Feelings don't matter. It's simply not true. we just haven't created the platform for the feelings yet. So we're still waiting on love. With that being said Jason I truly appreciate your voice and many other videos put out to help remind us that we are not separate from the Creator.
JasonJGallant Are you hoping to teach proof? Right and wrong? Or are you in the way of heart? Your responses keep me wondering ..who is the teacher who is the student here?
Yes, but what about spiritual bypassing? Not all feelings should be ignored, this can be insensitivity to your own needs and justifying staying in unhealthy situations. We are not machines, we do have a psychological, human nature that exists alongside the spiritual
Totally agree! Otherwise we should have just stayed spiritual infinite beings yeah.. how can we possibly learn how to love ourselves and love others if we are not in tuned to feelings? it's called empathy and the world extremely lacks empathy right now no matter how many spiritual teachings there are!
Hi Jason.i really enjoyed today topic.so appreciate all that you do.you really help so many on your videos.can I ask when and how did you get into spiritual teachings .🇬🇧 Uk .tupelo 🌈🕊
I just watched your video above, really good video. I wish I could be free of thinking about my family of origin and connected members. It's such a big waste of time and it causes me allot of pain. Then I do something really dumb like look up one of them on Facebook. And recently came upon a picture of words, the person post and it was a total contradiction of how they all are. So I got myself in big trouble with them since I commented to them, trying to tell them that they don't live by the standard of those words and so why should they expect others to live by that standard. Then 3 of them say very hurtful words to me. Later I ended up arguing with my only sister and I told her I never wanted to see her again. And she goes "fine, that's your loss, I'm done."
@Purple Yeah, I know, I think it did me more harm then good. At the time I just couldn't resist putting my 2 cents in as I knew their comment was just so overwhelmingly contradictory. All I got was like 4 or 5 very nasty replies back from the country dummies and all were, of course, untrue about me. But in a way I'm glad I made my comment to them as I got reinforced as to how they really think about me. And I needed that so I know to always stir clear from them and I know I never want to see any of them again.
I understand that we must separate with our ego, but how can we make the distinction between dropping on something because we don't need it and quiting something because we are are lazy? If I know how I could evaluate myself better and not get confused. Thank you for reading this message.
When meditation drop everything. Even you. Then you'll notice when moving through life again you gain greater clarity between what is your pattern and ego and what is a movement of truth.
Hi Jason! I've have been listening to your videos on UA-cam and found them to be resonating really well with me. I just wanted to know how to tell the difference between our actions from a place of conditioning and patterns and those which are a natural movement of our internal happiness? Could we be deluding ourselves into believing that we're following our natural calling, but actually only caving in to our old patterns by distracting ourselves from pain? I understand such compensatory actions are bound to bring out the pain sooner or later but it's not until the pain resurfaces do we know that the action we took was an escape, after all..? How do we develop that intuition and see through our mind's fallacies even before we suffer its consequences ?
Work with those. The body is still governed by the rules of the physical but when the mind is free, it assists the body with finding its natural rhythm of healing
thank you Jason
Really enjoy your sense of humour. Fantastic

My feelings brought me here . .
And now you can be free of them
I was so wound up with emotions and issues until I tried magic mushrooms which really helped me let go and become more at peace.

I don’t think relying on drugs will help but I could be wrong? A therapist could help.

You don't understand enlightenment or the context of what I'm saying.
@@JasonJGallant yes maybe I don't understand the context.. I would like to though ..But why would you think I don't understand enlightenment?
