I love seeing your parents get more comfortable around the camera and trolling you 😂
Your parents clearly love crafting and handy projects. What a great way for the 3 generations to bond and create a trailer for their grandson to see the world in. It’s a beautiful gift from them to you and him
Yeah really just waiting for Frankie to start pulling his weight you know? 🙄🧐
I've noticed your dad gradually becoming more and more comfortable with being on camera and he's hilarious.
He’s getting there! The nice comments help too 🥰
Guy and Jean are quickly becoming the stars of this build. Better watch out Levi.😂
Wonder what channel they’re gonna launch 😂😜
I just fell in love with your parents when you mentioned that it was a love language to help.
They’ve always been like this. Feels good to have them involved 🥰🙏🏼
Whether intended or not the teamwork and overcoming challenges brings me so much joy
Haha we’re really learning to work together on this so I’m glad it is fun to watch! 🤪
Can you please do more videos about the property? It looks so sustainable and well thought out!
100% and first a shop tour please!
Oh that’s a cool idea! Might just do that! 🥰
A pleasure to witness such helpful and loving parents ☺️ kind of like watching a unicorn in the forest. 😅
We’re so lucky 🥹❤️
Your parents are awesome and you're lucky to have grown up in that environment. I feel the trailer project is finally getting wings. Great to see!
I miss seeing you guys every Saturday. I look forward to your videos more than any others I follow. Happy Saturday, see you in two long weeks. 😊
Oh gosh thank you for being here! It’s long in between uploads I know but it’s so great being able to share with y’all 🥰
Levi, your parents are amazing for taking on this collaborative project, and no doubt happy that they get to see you guys more often, despite the small fortune you must be spending in fuel and ferry fees!
These videos are going to be such a treasure in the future to look back on... Incredible documentation of this renovation and family bonding! Thank you for sharing with us all!
What a gorgeous life and loving family. Bravo/a. ❤
Thanks so much! 🥹🥰
"we should have puppets" lol 🤣🤣 you're parents are hilarious and awesome Levi! What a great project for y'all to work and bond over.
I'm enjoying this series on the trailer, but have a nagging question in the back of my head. Obviously, it has given you a ton of content for recording. However, as you've basically tore it down to an empty shell, money-wise in hindsight, would it have more sense to purchase something that didn't need that much work? Just curious.
Haha a good question! I think if we had known how much work it was going to become we might have chosen something different 😅 but all things considered the trailer is still a pretty solid foundation. The fiberglass is solid and the frame is too and those are the two things that really matter. 😅 and look at all the bonding we would have missed out on! 🙈🤷🏻♂️😜
The new plywood floor looks great so far…a good sign of developing stages to come. The end result will be awesome you just know with project navigating predominantly from Guy and Jean. Nathan’s knowledge and availability is another key ingredient to the trailer’s resurrection 😊
@@LeahandLevi Thank you!
And they are changing the layout, to suit them.
Already anticipating the future episode, the 5 of you, down in Baja California, adventuring in the trailer. It’s gonna be great! ❤️❤️💙💙💙
Okay your parents are legitimately goals. Your relationship with the in laws is goals. Y’all have the best family!
Hello :) I’m pretty sure we went to high school together Levi. Anywho my husband my dad and I converted a prevost passenger bus into a motorhome. If you ever want to pop by and see it and chat about what worked for us and what we would change, we live in lac la Hache and you’re all more than welcome to pop by and have a look!
If Guy and Jean don't start a channel (with puppets) after this I will be so disappointed.
What ever form it finally takes that trailer will -- must! -- never leave the family. A hundred years from now it will have passed from one generation to another, accumulating memories along the way. This is a legacy project.
I had a big smile 😊 watching the video. You got an amazing relationship with your parents and that’s beautiful to see.
There was hardly any Leah in this episode! Missed you Leah!
So iconic a moment, you and your parents by the bonfire with shots on New Year’s Eve.
love how your dad immediately added your mom to your shutout haha can't forget mom!
Oh the places you will go! Happy New Year!
I really love watching your videos and updates!! You and Leah are an incredible couple with a life story that could be put in a book😊 Bless both of your parents for being there to support you guys and Frankie. A family dynamic I would have loved to have. ❤❤❤❤Lots of love sent your way!! What an adventure the trailer is being filmed for future viewing😂😂😂
Thank you so much!! ☺️🙏🏼
Thanks for the laughs. Grody windows!
SO happy to see the video pop up!! I try not to keep checking for one 🤣 I really miss Leah, but am loving seeing your parents! I’m probably older (not by a lot😬😉) and so identify with and love their “style”. Thank you ( and them) for adding another dimension to your already great videos!!
Thanks so much! Leah will be back for sure 🥰 thanks for watching
I think that bird is a Pine Grosbeak. On the list of birds wanting to see in real life! Happy your keeping the birds happy. You have a beautiful peaceful property...
-Iris
Yes, pine grosbeak they are. Always in a crowd! ;)
I'm glad you are getting to spend quality time with fam. You'll cherish the time and experience way more. I can't wait for this projects finale so that a new chapter begins for y'all. Love you guys!
Your parents are great! The floor is impressive.
You guys are so cool! What a sweet family❤
I was listening while knitting and had to come back lolol but I have to say that I really love that y'all's parents seem to embrace the idea that your kids are your kids for life.
It is wonderful seeing you spending time with family, and I love how thoughtful you and Leah are.
Just a thought about the windows. Why don't you just buy new windows to fit the window holes you have? You can always make the window holes a little bigger for an exact fit if you can't find the exact right size windows...
Love your parents and your relationship and puppets, sock puppets would be a blast! Great Video!!😊
Great watch as always 👊🏿
The scenery in this video was so amazing! Also it’s so awesome to see your parents collaborating in this project. As a parent of a 1 year old there is no way we could’ve done our normal life with out his grandparents.
Yeah I couldn’t imagine this adventure without our families support 😢❤
Love the teamwork building this and the tree pose group shot!
That's definitely a labour of love. Very cool thing to do with your parents ❤ it will be so worth it in the end.
Also, as I'm closer in age to your parents than you, Leah and Levi, I'm going to say the memories of this build are going to be priceless.
Thanks! We’re pretty excited about the idea too 🥰
You guys are a hoot. Love the album cover shot. Also, I remember sledding down your trail to the creek with you guys when Levi and Mandolyn were little. Great family teamwork on this trailer adventure.
Thanks for being here Donna! ❤🙏🏼
I don't know why but your parents are #goals
damn Levi's parents are badass
Hey, so nice to see u guys again 😃
Hey hey! Thanks for being here 🥰
love it!! so much progresss
One step at a time haha 😆
@@LeahandLevi indeed!! Hey and shout out to your mom and dad! They are fucking amazing
Oh my gosh, I'm so behind on your videos since our baby also came early 🤣🤣 you guys look great though and baby is big! Hope you're all doing well - time to binge on the last few weeks I've missed 😅
Welcome back! And congratulations! 🥰❤️
Will you guys be updating the chasis, springs, and wheels to support the weight and travel this little camper will be doing? Will you be adding suspension for camping off trail to withstand possible harsh travel conditions?
I would love to see a 5 min puppet explainer from your parents!!!
Your parents are heroes ❤
Love it!!! Can’t wait to continue to see the journey of the travel trailer. I’m definitely along for the ride”ride”. 😂
Also, I know I’m late commenting, didn’t get to it until this week. But I have a question, are you an only child Levi?
Fantastic intergenerational collab!
Looks like you guys lucked out with both sets of parents 👏🏾🧡
We’re SUPER lucky honestly. We couldn’t imagine not having them around. 🥰🥹😊
You guys are awesome, & your parents are a hoot. 😂Frankie too cute… thx for another great video….👍🤓
😊 thank you for being here 🥰
Omh I love this video
Will you be putting in heated flooring or insulation? Love your videos. 💙
"there we go" !!
Great video! Did y’all mention your UA-cam channel to the guy you bought the trailer from? I wonder if he’s been watching all of this play out😂
Heads up, UA-cam unsubscribed me from your channel, I would never ! UA-cam has done this with others lately, wierd. Happy new year, hope it’s amazing for y’all. Love from NorCal
Welcome back!hahaha so happy that UA-cam has decided to help us out like that 🙈
Great to see this team in action, as it were! If I got a vote, I'd say spend whatever extra $$$ and just replace the windows (those that open) with the "Arctic Turn" units that afford some insulation and open awning style -- it might be worth it even if you need to re-size some existing window openings? I'm sure they're not exactly cheap though...
Cheers!...from North Vancouver
That’s a great idea! We’re pretty sure a window will need to be replaced on the back but we’re hoping to save the money and just refurb because it gets veeeeeery expensive 👀🤮
I used to watch for the sustainability and now I’m here to watch how ridiculous this trailer reno has been. I seem to recall Levi’s parents helping to pay for the apartment that they’re subletting and now they’re “helping” to do this renovation on this trailer using mostly new materials.
Thanks for being here 🥰
Thin plywood is door skin, available in many different finishes at Windsor Plywood. I'm 13 days late but it is a high recommendation that you coat all wood (especially ply) with 2 part epoxy, especially the end grains. Will stop later rot.
Did you guys waterproof the underside of the floor?
The wood is marine grade so it’s already treated but we’re considering a layer of paint when we lower it back into the frame
Give them puppets! 😁
I do not have any suggestions for your trailer renovation since the most complicated thing I've crafted was Ikea furniture and haven't done that in a long while, I have since learned to pay more for furniture and pay for someone else to put it together. I just wanted to comment.
COMMENT!
When you guys took the album cover photo...instead of "Cheese!" It could have been "Trees!"😂
😅😅😅
👍
2nd vote for puppets
@16:00 I saw that weird leg on the upper left corner lol
Give the trailer to mom and dad and y’all go buy a Airstream 👍
Are you going to give your trailer a name? :3
Hmmmm right now we just call it “The Bigfoot” haha
Second
First
Do you want professional thumbnail maker?
.
are you an only child Levi?
Don’t make a kid because it costs like $100,000 dollars from 0 to 18 years
A ton of work?
How much work is in 2000 lbs?
A ton is a specific amount of weight!
Did you mean "a bunch" or "a lot"?
Then why don't you say that in the first place.
You should not use words that you do not know the meaning of.
