As a foreigner, I love this approach
Good and about time too. I have no issue with problem tourists being deported from Bali and Indonesia, as it might be the only way some people get a clue. I plan on coming back and exploring more of Bali, in a peaceful, respectful manner, enjoying the culture and making more friends, so I hope the locals have less of these bad tourists to put up with.
