Hey Missy! I finally did my pickled red onions!! Yey! I hope they turn out 🙏🏻 you’ve got me hooked on starting to do some jarred everything lol. I sliced onions with my mandolin but they came out more like paper thin? I couldn’t adjust that.
So tell me? Is the brine for the onion pretty much for a lot of different vegetables or just the onions? Thanks again!!!!🎉

I love those steel bowls, 3/4 length sweaters and I went on Amazon and ordered some Panko after seeing yours here. I never saw it before, and it is cheaper than that shake and bake. No, these peaches are from Peaches From The Farm in Wolf Creek, right outside of Spring City. Gary Swaffords farm is off Hwy 30 going up Dayton Mountain towards Pikeville. It's a beautiful drive!
