Just ... thank you. I downloaded Sunsama months ago, hyper-fixated on it, got completely overwhelmed, and then promptly forgot about it. Now I'm wanting to get back into it and your video was exactly what I needed. Thank you for making such a clear and easy to follow video. A lot of ADHD stuff (to me) has too much fluff and I get frustrated trying to get to the meat of a topic. This is great! I'm now subscribed.
Used Sunsama for several months and I loved it! But, ultimately, switched away from it because it's lacking in task management functionality for multiple people. At the least, I'd like to have private/personal tasks and shared tasks with my spouse. It also leaves much to be desired when it comes to planning and managing larger projects. I'm currently using Asana to fill the gap but definitely miss many of the ADHD-friendly Sunsama features. I hope the keep iterating and improve the app. Will definitely try it again in the future!
If you feel like it, then you can also consider Fantastical + Todoist. This combination’s been a life-changer for me and it should work well for your scenario as well.
Same I am currently trying to figure out how to plan larger projects. I'm thinking of using Asana for this and using their integration to connect the 2 apps so I can still keep the ADHD-friendly Sunsama features
Yeah, Sunsama is not trying to be a project management tool, but they do have a native integration with Asana, so you could consider using the two together (although yeah, that comes with paying for 2 apps). Another recommendation is Motion which allows you to manage both projects + is a daily planner (and works for teams). It's what we use!
Love Sunsama, but I'm so ADHD I got fixated on it back in August and then completely lost interest (once I figured out how to set it up). Going to try again.
For what it's worth, the same happens to me regularly. It's very common with ADHD to have a process that works, and then to get bored with it and lose interest for awhile. I usually try to keep the same 2-3 programs on rotation, so that when I'm over one, I can use another for awhile. Nothing wrong with that!
Come try Sunsama for 14 days: try.sunsama.com/bdffli2mvave and If you wanna work together, check out my new website: theariannabradford.com

I just signed up YESTERDAY and I'm already thinking about deleting it. I'm so confused and overwhelmed.
