So glad I found your channel!! Nodding in agreement with everything - having a physical command center AND a portable command center is crucial. Backups for the backups! I have my bullet journal for daily to-do's and habit tracking, Google calendar on the phone/laptop for events, reminders and keeping track of bills, and wall calendars and Post-it notes galore for longer-term big picture stuff. "Out of sight out of mind" should be tattooed on my forehead lol. I love your task options corkboard! Thank you for sharing your system 💜

Everyone is talking about notion ! I find it too complicated but someone is going to show me how to use it simply at first then grow.

My struggle is where to put it because I don't have space easily accessible to me that isn't on my computer, and if it's on my computer, it needs to be my desktop. And then my desktop is buried all day by windows. Ugh! I spend most of my time in one place. I want to set up a command center for my keys/wallet/etc, but how do you choose where the heck all this stuff goes?

I think the trick is to remember that it has to fit in the space more than it has to look good. So if it works better to put it on your desk next your computer, or even on the floor next to the desk, then so be it. That said, maybe it might be possible to build a digital command center, too. I’m going to try to figure something out and possibly do a video on building one, so if I get it maybe that’ll be helpful too.
