I've come across various ADHD therapies, including psychotherapy, behavior therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, and it's fascinating to see the diversity in approaches. Each person's journey with ADHD treatments is unique, and it's great that there are different options available. 🧠💪

Just on the calendar integration needing to be paid for. TickTick is obviously made by a business and needs to have a form of income. Completely understand this is a core feature, but if it’s included in the free version then their income definitely goes down which could impact the ability to give improvements/updates in future.
What’s the alternative? Not have a free version at all, which many people would obviously complain about?

So there are a number of apps that include calendar integration in their free version. Todoist does now, for example. I get what you're saying, but I also highly doubt that Todoist is suffering financially because they allow calendar integration on a free plan. There are a number of other things that can make a paid plan enticing that AREN'T central to the very usage of the app. That said, this is only my opinion and people can pay for it if they want; I just don't want to.

As a veteran dealing with PTSD, I'm struggling significantly with severe anxiety, depression, and a sense of burnout. This impacts my daily life heavily, causing me to miss appointments and deadlines, which in turn affects my overall productivity negatively. I've tried using conventional time management tools and apps, such as calendars, to-do lists, and various project management applications, but they haven't been effective for me. These tools don't seem to help me in prioritizing tasks based on their importance or urgency. Often, I find myself overwhelmed by everything I need to do, leading to a state of paralysis where I end up not accomplishing anything. Given these emotional and mental challenges, are there AI-driven tools or technologies that could help me manage my life more effectively?
