The nearest gym (YMCA) is an hour away from where I live, out in the country. I use to live in the city and had many gyms to chose from. Over the years I have build up my own gym equipment. Leg press, pull down pulley and seated rowing, the rest all free weights. I get both jealous and inspired by watching JayCutler TV, thank you for many hours of enjoyment, inspiration, motivation and still learning.

Jay trains however he wants haha he moves in every set and he was the biggest animal in the Olympia and I mean that becasue he managed to get bigger than Ronnie at one point so there is no form just genetics and work ethic, hard work 💪💪💪💪
A great video here with so much great content. I always enjoy seeing Jay cook lol. T-bar rows are in my arsenal for nearly every back workout I do! I do hyperextensions every morning along with my ab routine, and I generally do them for all my back days to help warm up my back for the other movements. One thing I'll always remember that I learned from Jay that I incorporated into my workouts; high volume! Thanks Dave for shooting the Champ for a back day :)

Old school, west Sahara LVAC is their best gym, imo. Dennis Wolf was a regular there. Miss all the old Gold's gyms, especially Flamingo and Sandhill. That was the mecca of Vegas!

Good call on a warranty, It’s a pirelli scorpion so they can’t be repaired without voiding speed rating safety and it’s way too close to the sidewall. If it’s awd and over 3/32” difference from a brand new tire’s tread depth it’s a set of 4.

My shoulder is excuse my language but it's fuckt.now every time i do shoulders day I'm battling to lift what i used to.now I'm on a lighter weight just to get in the pump and to actually work it. Hurting my shoulder happened so fast i really don't even know what i did wrong maybe my positioning was a bit out by the time i performed the exercise.thats how fast it happened. But either than that I'm on a clean diet and living healthy doing what's best for me.Dave thank you also for always sacrificing your time to make the video's for us to enjoy. We had a T bar rowing bar in the gym in the early 80's in the Netherlands ..( on a special made standard ) and we had 3 famous bodybuilders : Appie Steenbeek , Bery de Mey and also Ben Herder ( mr Universe ) and later I trained in the same gym as Ed van Amsterdam ..( in 2002 )and after 40 years I still love the sport ...greetings from the Netherlands.

If I could advise anyone paying a personal trainer whether it be for competitive bodybuilding or wanting to improve their physique, save your money. Be diligent and watch the content Dave and The Legend are providing. Take the dough you’ll save and use it for Jay’s supplements (Cutler Nutrition) which are the best on the market. I’ve never met Jay or Dave but I’ve used dozens of supplement brands. Cutler Nutrition is top shelf.
I really liked that video. Lots of good tips. Also, I have been utilizing Jay's workout routine, if I may say. Like the 8-12 reps pushing up to 90% of my weight limits. Not sure if it's age, because I just hit 36 years old or because I'm eatingabout 5times a day now high calories I don'tnecessarily care about carbs yet, but it's paid off over the last year. Picked up about 15lbs all together. Thanks for keeping it real Jay and Dave.
I wish I knew who to give credit to for T bar rowing idea by sticking the barbell in a corner and loading up plates a rowing away. It was back in the early 2000. Had to be an old Muscle and Fitness/Muscle Mag or Flex

I enjoy your channel. I take notes and try to take apply them for my training and nutrition. I’m trying to get on stage for the first time this may and I’m nervous. Nutrition is my biggest issue. Trying hard to avoid junk especially when I get a sweet tooth’s and hungry when it’s not time to eat . I’m 5’10. 39 years old in July. Would love to get about your size. You the man Jay

Getting close to sixty in age, my best workouts in my twenties was on Nautilus machines. Wish they were still around.
They out there .. but they are rare unfortunately.. every thing seems to be life fitness now 😣
