    I was a bit confused with the time/rest section. I take it you just need to think about a bassline, write in the notes, then write in the ties etc. So it's not about rearranging your idea, it's just a way of writing out the melody, notes first and timing later?

    • @dr.dionpeoples
      @dr.dionpeoples 18 днів тому +1

      Yeah. I think so. Plan the notes for your baseline… instead of his 1355… maybe you have a 3641 variation or whatever… I have some music theory left in my brain, but planning the right notes is a good idea.

    Great tutorial. Is there a way to change midi channel for the midi din input and out or is it default to channel 1. I see nothing in manual. Thanks.

    The fact that such a lenthy video is needed for it, should tell you how much work you're about to put into just one sequence

    What about MIDI inputs, the Trig button, IPPS buttons, PPQ buttons? I don’t understand how those work.

    My light doesn't blink on any of the steps. It's just solid all the way through and it won't let me write patterns.
