- To my beautiful women out there.♥︎ This slow workout is actually a stretching session including some very relaxing exercises. It helps to ease menstrual cramps and pain, to relieve bloating and tension and help with PMS. You don't have to suffer from period cramps anymore - do this workout and feel much more comfortable in your body immediately. Our body is not a machine; enjoy the exercises, feel the music and respond to pain with giving your body some love. :)

• You can do this workout on a daily basis, anytime you need and want to.
• If you suffer from menstrual cramps and pain, do this for instant relief.
