It just seems to take so long before they can get you in to see someone now this coronavirus is extending things out longer. But in the meantime I have been doing spell therapy using Kati Morton videos. She has multiple videos on many different topics and I think it could definitely help you as it has already started helping me
relate to the therapist thing so much! literally i’m studying psychology right now because i feel like black people, black women specifically, don’t have enough people to reach out to that actually understand what they’ve been through and i wanna be able to give the next generation that resource that i never had
I haven't reached that part of the video but you just made me think. I'm in a community college that's primarily populated by POC, I utilize the counseling center and I just realized there's (to my knowledge) only one counselor that's a person of color and he's Hispanic. I always found my sessions extra helpful because my counselor has gone through a lot of things I'm currently going through; I didn't really think of the same thing for black people (as ashamed as I am to admit that). Thank you (and Will) for enlightening me!
YES! I am a psych major (hoping to become a children's counselor) and there are sooooo few black therapists/counselors it's crazy!! Like in 2015, only 4% of psychologists in the U.S. workforce was black, which is unacceptable.

Omg Will I had the same thing from December 23 started as a dry cough then it got so bad I had 3 courses of antibiotics could not clear it even now I still have a tickle and sometimes the wheezy sound is still in my chest. Then I was stuck to the bed had a migraine like no other for 2 days I couldn’t even blink chile I thought the good lord was coming for me. 🤎
I would have a doctor on speed dial in your case. A few years ago, I was laid up in a hospital for 4 days thinking it was just a simple flu. Don't play with this....

I actually like these kinds of videos though because it does kind of break the fourth wall and remind us that these are people Behind These cameras not robots. Not to mention that it also gives us a lot more insight on who the creators truly are and where they are in their lives and how we can learn from different situations and different Lifestyles and what not. Because not going to lie I think I like you / will so much because I can relate to a lot of your struggles and issues
I really like the sit down videos, it’s a nice change of pace, and lets people get to know you a little better too.
