    Thank you for posting this I used my pot before preparing it. The food started tasting bitter then something told me look on youtube to see how to season my stone bowl. Made a tasty kimchi stew but it got bitter towards the bottom of the bowl now I know why. I'll be doing this right now

    Mine doesn't go as dark, it's a granite one, are there different kinds of stone bowls? mine looks like yours but it just goes a very light grey. Like it's not absorbing.

      They also sell them on Walmart.com but I got mine from a Korean grocery store that sells everything .
