Robert is a humble king, shows up, takes the jacket off and rips a fat rep.
Thanks man 😂
that guy was even more happy for the winner the winner himself lol. wholesome
This was a fun one! Nick Symmonds is The real Mr. BEAST of fitness.
🧢🧢🙌🏽
love your vids and good vibes bro
"do you feel better now that you've lifted?"
@@JoelHoekstra1 i do!!
@@guitaro5000 We don't have to take our clothes off... to have a good time.. ohhh oh
Bro made 320 look stupid easy but props to the 2nd place guy for not being a D and giving the man props
320 is easy.. its once I get to 350 where the struggles begin 😅
@@StrictCurlChampoh my god you’re actually him
The 2nd place guy WAS a D when he made up an assanine excuse for his lack of strength to simply get a second rep attempt. I don't think that guy could even bench 300lbs on 12 hours of sleep, a large carbohydrate meal, plus 3 scoops of pre workout in him before hitting the gym lol
@@lonerunner89💀💀💀 internet stays ruthless.
fr
With that arch, not a chance he hit 315 earlier.
He made my spine hurt
Low key he was about to hip press it with that thrust he did
That was me, I had no idea about a bench press challenge or anything that day. Went to muscle beach for the first time and barely hit 315 for the first time. Then went on to complete a full chest workout. As I was leaving I saw Nick come in and talk about the challenge and what not. I didn’t think I could do it again at the time, but I knew if I didn’t do at least 315 there would be 0 chance of winning 😂
@@tysonlovemusicPost a vid of you hitting 315 one day fam.
@@tysonlovemusicnice attempt! And really great sportsmanship!
Dude said he got 315 earlier is the biggest cap i've ever heard in a while😂 bro was arching like his girl in the bedroom😂
ROFL
😂😂😂😂
He could’ve done it with proper technique, and breathing.
Funny how everyone online can bench 315 but irl its rare😂😂😂
So true. I was shocked that swole guys in gyms can't all hit 3 plates.
You need to do lots of benching to get there. Lots of big Guys don’t bench or do it maybe once a week
You know all those challenges where people are asked their max then asked to back up said claim but all inflated their numbers? It’s just that, the comments know you can’t call them on it because they’ll never post a video to back up said claims and you’ll never see one in person.
It’s going to be more common amongst people watching fitness content for fun than say walking into a commercial gym etc but yeah not a chance half the comments are legit and for those that are a far smaller chance it’s 3 plates + visible abs, I’m sure there’s a lot of storing people on here but I also bet hard a lot of them are claiming like 13% when really they’re like 25+ and like 240lb which makes it far less impressive. Like all the guys on insta saying below 200 isn’t a physique when if they actually cut to a decent percentage they’d be like 180 😂
Mate, I can do 200kgs but that was 15years ago.
I love how excited Nick gets about paying people a lot of money.
i mean bros gonna make loads of profit this video but still generous af
70,000 views in one day
70x3=$210 he made back from this video
That’s called investment
Let's be real, though.. Nick's income is based off of giving people money. So essentially the excitement could be 50/50 "good for you" and "good for me once this is on YT!"
All
Nick has been having the best content for a while now, so happy to see how much he has came, been watching since idk when
At this point, competing in Nick Symmonds videos is a career option.
Nick: "Where are you from?"
Will: "Charlotte North Carolina"
Nick: "Alright, Show us how it's done Charlotte"
😂
That's crazy vibe bro! Appreciate the time and effort u put into your videos to get such an amazing result... I thought it's kinda easy just make videos and that's it but once i decided to become a fitness influencer and tried filming I was so shcked how hard it is and how much time u neeed
Nick got the best energy out there.
That kid has NEVER hit 315 lmao
When nick posts you know its gonna be a banger 🔥 ❤
What a beast! The final man in blue really impressed me!
Prizes just keep getting bigger and bigger. The man is a pro runner, weight lifter, youtuber, and gives away money.
A new nick symmonds video? Made my day!
Imagine you get all hyped about benching 340 and possibly getting the $1000 cash reward but out in the distance you see two juiced up twins about 5’6-5’7 in height who look like they are on gear approaching the gym, then the guy hosting tells them what’s happening and they decide to give it a try 😂
I was praying that wouldn't happen
I love these videos, I can watch the exact same concept many times
Ur a beast when it comes to fitness nick keep it up❤
There is no way that guy lifted 315 earlier that day. CAP! The back arch was insaaaaaane 😂
I knew he was never going to hit 315. “Yeah, I did it an hour ago.”
As if he was talking himself up so when he fails now, we’ll all know he “hit it an hour ago.”
Good lifts ,Robert came in stong a.f i could definitely tell he was hitting that 320lbs no problem , my mans was way too confident lol.
Growing up in Amityville we had to lift just to survive out there 😂
Vibes look dope!!
0:35 bro looks like liver kings lost cousin “Kidney Pince”
I mean.. I don't want to make fun of anyone and props to the guy for being there and working out but 35 kgs? (77 lbs)? Really? 0:53 Maybe he wanted 35 on each side 😂😂
He definitely wanted 35kg on each side lol
I'm at 35kg in total, including the bar right now. It's pathetic I know.
Hahahah thats me. Yes, i meant 35kg on each side.
tyson is a legend
thanks nick for the love heart, caught me off guard, longtime viewer and supporter, keep it up, love from australia
The man has uploaded! Get the popcorn!
Cool video, Thanks nick
Let's go!!
I think you'll get more subs and stuff if you make videos other than that.
Such a nice video!🤩
I too remember the 30 days to a bigger bench challenge! Nick is not only a great content creator but also an awesome coach!
nick ur a legend! ever considered doing marital arts type training boxing? would be interesting to see you do a fight camp and lead up to a fight!
Tyson out there needing an exorcist with that back
Great nick!
Where was the 6’7 angry dude at 😂
Watching this kinda reminded me the old strength wars youtube channel. Those guys used to do like 375lbs bench x 10, 500lbs deadlift x 10 and overhead press 250lbs x 10. All in the space of like 10 minutes or so. Whoever finished faster won. Any OG remember that?
Extremely strong😂😂😂
As a 500 pound bencher I’m never around for these things
I hear you man. Funny I was thinking the same thing while watching this video. I reached my PR about 8 years ago at 514. Can't come near that anymore but can still put 405 for a couple of reps.
Great video!
I knew Robert was gonna do it
💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
@@StrictCurlChamp Oh shit, its u, I didn't expect u to respond 😅. You are strong man, nice hearing from the man himself.
@dudepubgm thanks man.. I've been working out since 2007. Now I'm not as consistent anymore but the hard work pays off I guess. I appreciate it bro
@@StrictCurlChamp ✌
This was too quick for my liking but still a great video. Awesome job to all competitors. 💪
Bro, that 315 should have ended a lot earlier
Whenever I see a challenge, video done in Muscle beach I am always ready to be impressed!😅😮Interesting how big Muscle beach is in teritory(area)!🤔
I see Nick Symmonds, I click.
0:37 i thought he was the liver king for a sec lol
Liver Jester killed it
That arch tho 😂😂😂
They guy in the grey watching through the fence 😂
Thankyou for entertaining me
It pays to be fit. Strong guys.
Robert made 320 look easy.
😅
I'm from Indonesia and I like your challenge ❤
The song that comes on at 3:26 reminds me of the first Nick Symmonds Track Classic 4x4 when Evan Da Runner smoked everybody on the anchor!
Thought I seen liver king in the beginning video 😂
It pays to be fit 💪🏿
love the spongebob's socks drip
Come thru to NYC ❗️🗽
Come to Fort Worth Tx ❤
He's the real beast 😮 💪💵👍
315 guy was screaming out his insecurity... but its still in there.
Well even the liver king was there!!! 0:37
Crazy I didn’t get notified I would have gone smh 🤦♂️
Tyson was a great sport
i really need you to roll through Oklahoma with the strength side of things
It definitely pays to be fit!
Come to Massachusetts
315 guy I believe won a 315 burger eating contest, yes. but lifting 315, no way. Weighs 315, sure, and lifts himself every day walking around, sure, but benching 315, no way.
ROFL
That's my boy Rob repping Long Island NY....working out with him still haunts me till this day lol.
😂😂😂😂😂 but at least you have all the workout secrets now 😂😂😂
Damn all these boys from Charlotte! That’s where I live! Let’s goo
You need to come down to Texas us boys down here warm up with 315 ya hear
Muscle beach is crazy fr
this shi tuh luh ya bro
Come to NZ Nick!
This competition structure could be also applicable on the track. Let's say 400m. Each competitor guesses their time before they run. If they don´t beat their time, they are out. If they beat their time, the best guessed time wins.
Yea this sounds fun
that guy really said he did 315 earlier and failed 😂
😂😂😂😅
Robert pushed my lifetime PR (145kg) like it was paper. Damn.
😂😂 There was a time in my life I was benchpressing every single day because I wanted to hit 225 for 30 badly. The first thing I'd do before every gym session was max rep 225.... those times paid off 😅
I just have serious mental health issues and chasing those bigger numbers keeps me going. Strength ebbs and flows, I'm natural not enhanced so I'm fairly chuffed with my strength tbh. I don't often max out, today was 130kg x 4 clean reps and 1 dirty rep.@@StrictCurlChamp
@@StrictCurlChamp30, as in 30 reps?!
I know it's only been 2 months but I hadn't trained my pr due to self doubt in a while. Got 160kg last week. Turns out I wasn't pushing myself hard enough. Was probably 155kg back then. Always try to do more than you think you can.
@05thouldm that's the spirit.. whatever you're afraid of, set the bar even higher than that. ALWAYS try to beat your yesterday whether it's in strength, less time, more reps, more time, beat your yesterday in any way you can...
And that's a formula for success as long as you don't fall off. And if you aren't having success then you aren't training hard enough!
I already knew who won cuz of the thumbnail, come on nick you gotta trick us
Nice finally a comp I would prob won I am right at 400 sept last night when I was sick lol was lol 40+ lbs weaker.
You should make everyone max out then do a challenge of whoever can rep their 50% or 60% the most times wins
It pays to be fit‼️
0:34 I was surprised to see he collabed with Liver King
These competitions are neverrrrrrr near me😢
Amazing again nick! Track and weight lifting?!? U must be in shape!!!
miss u big boy
Charlotte in the house! Wish you’d come to Charlotte!
Please come to Australia
Please come to Honduras C. A. 😅
Wow impressive
Damn I would’ve taken second place at 305😂
Dayuuuum 0:38 The Liver King looking small w/out the juice
holy FUORK that guy is strong
Yeah, I always thought they were doing it cold too and chancing some serious injury.
I max at 225 but I need to warm up to it. Lol.
I was hoping atleast seeing 5 plates
Let’s go 704 represent
Wish i lived close to there would easily took 1st by a landslide lol
Do a speed-walking mile for a video
That guy has never done 315 in his life, LOL
