    I can admit I am listening to this all in very large part because you are so welcoming and kind and ENCOURAGING. I have lost 80 pounds a little over 5.5 years ago but I had gotten myself in trouble. I fasted so much and reduced my food too much so I became "stuck". I "refed" myself and gained 14 lbs. I have 12 lbs back off but realized I had to face and overcome my fear of eating. I was thin all my life until after I had my children (5, 2 miscarriages). I love being back to feeling myself with the weight gone, and I have been coming down this road of realization at the same time that even though it's gone, I need to correct myself yet. Thank you. It's helped me to hear what you are saying.
    I also love to listen to you speak!! Your accent is so enjoyable ☺.

    Hi Anna I just watched the video and it is so so true. For the first time I am full and am thinking that the smoothie is too much for me but I love it and I have only made 2 as yet. I also had a cookie because a colleague brought it and put it on my desk and it was difficult to say that I didn't want even though I didn't really. I was trying to think what I could do with it but it seemed wrong to not eat it as she had gone to a lot of trouble. When I got home my husband had bought an almond slice but guess what I said I am sorry I really don't want that as I am full up and I am going to have my smoothie after my tea again tonight. Tomorrow I will have it for breakfast instead of my oatmeal. So exciting feel so much better and I think I am only on day 4 as it was late on Monday so food wise Tuesday start - yes you will think differently because of the time difference - sorry to be difficult.

      You aren't alone Brenda! So many members also suffer from overeating, stress eating or binge eating. This is why we focus on mindset and teach our members how to create a healthy relationship with food. There is hope!
