I love your recipe suggestions! I'm going to try each of these over the next month on crockpot night. One thing that I make a lot in crockpot that my family really likes is my potato and keilbasa. I don't do measurements so I'm sorry for that. But its red or golden potatoes, quartered 2 to 3 links of keilbasa cut into 1 inch chunks, 4 to 5 cans of cut green beans, drained, 1 carton of chicken broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Old Bay seasoning. I cook it on low about 6 to 7 hours and stir it occasionally, always checking the liquid content. It's not a soup but it's not dry either. It's a favorite for us.
One of my family's favorite go to dinner in the slow cooker is an eye of the round roast. It's really simple and so good and flavorful. I use a 3 lb eye of the round roast, 1 packet of Lipton onion soup mix, 2 large cans of cream of mushroom soup and let it cook on high for about 5 -7 hours. You want the meat falling apart. Once done remove the roast and let it sit on your cutting board for 10 - 15 minutes and then slice it up and cut the roast into smaller pieces and return to slow cooker. The soups will blend together to make a wonderful gravy. I have made rice to and pour the gravy and roast over top of it. I usually make some green beans that I season with some bacon and a little of the bacon drippings. The smell you will get throughout your home will be amazing. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
My mom’s recipe calls for brown sugar too. I like to add the brown sugar to the meat after I cook it. It is easier to incorporate and dissolves super easy then, before I combine it with everything else in the slow cooker.
Kimmy, this video took my back to your old videos.....your vibrance and out going personality really shined in this video! I loved it! Thanks for this video, it was amazing and I am so excited to try the ribs!!
A couple cans of pork n beans and sliced up kielbasa. I never add anything to it maybe just some chopped onion. Cook on low for 5 or 6 hours until the kielbasa starts to brown. When I have just leftover pork n beans, the next day I mix some mayo in it and chopped raw onion and eat it cold. It is so good. My grandma used to do that. I am going to try all these that you did in this video. All look yum!
This video is an amazing concept. I’ve always wanted to do more with my slow cooker but struggle trying to put the whole meal together. This puts everything into perspective and so much easier to plan!! Well done! ❤️. Please do more! They will help beginners so much!
They all look yummy and when I lived in Italy they used terragon seasoning when they roasted the chickens on the rotisserie and when the drippings fell it cooked the French fries below. Just thought I would pass that onto you and they called it Giarrosto so after work I would pick up chicken and fries , go to local bread store, get fresh baked loaf of bread and a 2 liter of coke & dinner was done. Not daily but it was a real treat. 👍🏻👍🏻💜🤗❤️👵🏼🎶🎶🎶🎶
I love to come back and "visit" this video sometimes. Watching you cook is so satisfying. Like being in the kitchen with a friend. Love these good old t recipes!
3 ingredients. Stew beef, french onion soup, cream of mushroom soup. Brown the meat, add to crock pot, pour soup over. No additional liquid. Cook on low all day. Serve over noodles. Yummy!!
This recipe is so good feeds a crowd and pretty easy. Chicken in the crockpot (I call it) Dice a onion 1or 2 garlics minced, cubed ham chicken thighs I use bone in and remove the skin, sprinkle that with paprika and chili powder making sure to cover the chicken with the spices then add 1 can of stewed tomatoes, 2 or 3 chicken bullion cubes. At the end of cooking add frozen peas just till they are nice and hot. I eat it like a soup but my family likes it over white rice.
Chili is ALWAYS better the better day! Our favorite crock pot meal is Mississippi Pot Roast. Going to have to try those ribs. My son loves the ones I make in the oven. I use Montreal Steak seasoning on them.
I like to cook sweet potatoes or baking potatoes in the Crock-Pot. I have tried in the Instant pot as well they remind me of oven baked fresh potatoes. You can do this the day you cook chilli or the day after an serve over your potatoes. I also freeze chilli if we have leftovers after slow cooking alot. I think chilli and spaghetti the next few days after cooking the flavors marinate an it is so much better. TFS,have a blessed weekend.
Thanks for sharing...they all look delicious! We like to make kielbasa chunks with black, kidney (any beans), canned diced tomatoes, corn, adobo, garlic in the slow cooker...so easy and yummy!
I watched this and thought, "What are country pork ribs?" Today I went to the store and - voila! - country pork ribs were on sale for $Cheap.99! I have them in the slow cooker right this minute. Thank you for this recipe!
My go to crockpot meals are beef stew, chili, I love to cook chicken or turkey then add bbq sauce at the end, and my go to now is making beef bone broth in it I do that at least twice a week.
These recipes look so yummy! Thanks! We are going to try the pizza kits today so that we are ready for 5 pizza Friday nights. Going to try the chilli and make it for the freezer.
I just learnt recently that when you use tomato based meals always add sugar it cuts down the acidity from the tomatoes so after many years I can now eat if again as I always had a problem with really bad acid reflux after eating any tomato dish just sayin.... keep up your great videos I look forward to them and all the tips you give us.... have to say my favourite of all time what how to make your veggies last longer in the fridge since then we have no waste so thank you heaps, keep smiling and stay safe...
Thanks for explaining Everything. I never really learned to cook as my husband loved to do it. Watching you has made me want to try it. Keep cookin! I will keep these: )
I was planning on doing chili and the ribs this weekend. I also like to do vegetable soup. You can also use a pork roast instead of the ribs and then shred it.
I often make two different spaghetti sauce recipes and chilli at the same time so one in the slow cooker and the other two on the stove top. Stroganoff is good in it too
Oh... do you brown it first like that? My comment was just about saying I didnt' think ground beef worked for me in the crockpot - but I've never browned it first? Is yours similar to Kimmies?
I love this video, ♥️ I’m so inspired by your ideas… I might even start cooking again! One crockpot meal that my kids absolutely love is crockpot lasagna… There’s lots of recipes and the easier the better… I use the already ready noodles so I don’t even bother to cook any, because you could just lay them in there and they’re good to go. Thanks for the time you put on channel… But you have convinced me that I no longer need to do videos LOL 😆
Loaded baked potato soup, our go to slow cooker recipe. We don’t even eat chicken noodle when we are sick or the traditional soup, my kids ask for this potato soup when they don’t feel well lol
Just so you know, when you convert a stove/oven recipe to slow cooker, you should always cut back on the liquid because less evaporates during cooking in the slow cooker...so I bet using less water made it perfect! I always make chili and brisket the day before, they are both better the next day, ha ha.
Oh I need to do my chickens like that again - I used to do it regularly. Those ribs looked amazing! I think some things need to be stove topped cooked - and ground beef recipes is one of them I think. Not that I'm any cooking master. lol. Thanks so much for sharing! ❤️ Mel
I cook simply....I put 2 cups of uncooked rice in the slow cooker, then add a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of cream of chicken soup, then 2 cans of water, then put my chicken on top and cook all day (until supper time -- about 6 hrs on low). Easy and yummy!
Have you tried the roast with dry ranch packet, a dry au jus packet, add pepperoncinis in the amount to your liking, and about a half a stick of butter. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Oh my word this is the best.
The chili looks good, I love thick chili, please show us your clam chowder recipe. My favorite crock pot recipes are any soup. Mac and cheese, the roast and pork roast as well. Stuffed peppers are good too.
Chili is always better the next day. I like to brown hamburger throw it in the slow cooker then add shell macaroni and a big jar of spaghetti sauce and let it cook all day.
Chilli is always fabulous, I always add kidney beans black beans butter beans onion garlic and corn. I’d also add red capsicum (ummm I think you call it a pepper). Totally making chilli this week!
Whenever I need to season ground meats, I add half the seasoning while cooking and the other half after draining. Sometimes the second half of seasoning I dilute in a small amount of water (1/8-1/4 cup)to season the meat and the water will dissipate after a minute.
Oh my goodness everything looked so good!!! I was dying over that chicken lol I told my husband we had to get us a slow cooker and pressure cooker soon!! Seriously love your videos!!
Jalapeño sauce is just a hot sauce- just check the bottle for the brand that uses jalapeños Tabasco brand green is made with green jalapeños- would be great in chili
These recipes all look YUMMY! I’ll have to try them all out. And I love your jacket/apron or whatever it is...,the animal print! Have a great day! Blessings.
Some great recipes the country style ribs!!! WOW!! I do have one wish when watching this video. I wish you would have showed how you got the whole rotisserie chicken out of the crockpot without it breaking apart!! Every time I’ve cooked chicken in the crockpot it falls all apart!! What’s your secret!! 🙂 as always thanks for sharing!
This all looks so good! I'm super curious about adding sugar to chili. I can't picture it, but I do add some sugar to my spaghetti sauce to counter the tomato acid, so maybe it's the same. I need to try his one. I'm definitely trying the roast. That looked delicious. For the rice pilaf, I'd add the veggies in with the orzo when you brown it so they can get some color. If you want to do it in your IP, you just do that step on saute, add the liquid and rice, put the lid on and hit the rice button. I just think my rice is better in the IP than on the stove. Something about the pressure maybe?
Hi Kimmie! It’s mid July and I’m so grateful for these and many of your other recipes. I’m over cooking and ready for easy and new recipes. This totally helps. Thanks again and keep the recipes coming! 💙
My husband favorites are soup and chili, stews. I like chicken and rice, and pork chops with veg. I will be using some of your slow cooker recipes since spring and summer are coming and due to yard work and the heat in the summer hate heating up the house if working outside in the heat plus the house smell so good coming in. A question where can we go to get written recipes to print out. To LAZY to write them out now. As always good job and have a great day. You looked really nice today but missed the apron till cooking time
You are like a breathe of fresh air loving your videos thank you so much for sharing. I am hoping you will share the ribs recipe they looked divine stay healthy and stay safe....
Cream cheese chicken 6 boneless chicken breasts 1 packet Italian seasoning 8 oz block of cream cheese 1 stick of butter 1 small can cream of chicken soup put it all in the crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hours shred and serve over rice... SO YUMMY
Then if you have leftovers make cream cheese chicken Chimichangas by putting the shredded chicken mixture into tortilla shells with cheese and roll into burritos, bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes and top with your favorite toppings.
Oh my. As you were making the pilaf I was thinking how similar it is to mine. I then realized i got the recipe from your videos years ago. THATS why they're so similar 😂😂
Taco Tuesday Crockpot: Chuck Roast. 28 oz can of Green Enchilada Sauce. El Pato Tomato Sauce. 7 oz Diced Green Chilies. 5 garlic cloves. Add all items to Crockpot. Set on low for 6 hours. Shred meat. Place shredded meat onto sheet pan. Add sauce onto meat, just enough for flavor. Add all the green chilies. Now add garlic powder, oregano, cumin, salt. Broil in oven. Keep watch. You want it to get crispy. Flip all meat and crisp. Serve up with toasted corn tortillas, and the fixings. Homemade refried beans. Spanish rice. It’s our homemade version of a quick Carnitas. Delicious for Tostadas too. Or Tortas.
ohhh I bet that chicken had everyone starving all day, that's what it does here! Surprised it held together to go in oven, mine just fall right apart. Loved that you showed the one with the frozen roast. A lot of times it’s nice to have a quick go to for when you didn’t think ahead!

Beef stew, chicken and dumplings, good old beans and Frank's, lazy style stuffed cabbage, lazy style lasagna, so many my family loves!
Peek a boo x

Mississippi Pot Roast and Apple Brown sugar Pork Loin are two of my favorite slow cooker recipes.
Great recipes!!! I love making my meatloaf in the slow cooker, put foil in., make the meatloaf on that, easy lift out. Thank you for sharing yours

You look so beautiful in that sweater!!! Thank you for all your crockpot ideas. Planning my week tonight.
‘A tea spoon of this, a tea spoon of that...’ lol I do the same thing.
You can cook ground beef in crock pot then add other stuff when its done. The pioneer woman crock pots are great for doing this, they cook so fast.
That’s so great to know! Thanks!
I want to try 3 of the 4 slow cooker recipes. Thanks for sharing.

What a great video Kimmie I love these crockpot recepes of you ❤️
I’m excited to try the rotisserie chicken! I’ve always wanted to make my own and you broke it down so simply. 👩🏻🍳
It literally smells like the ones you buy from the shops pre-cooked. So good.
I love eating things with tomato base the next day it's always better especially spaghetti sauce :)
Your recipes look amazing! I love my crock pot! The crock pot is the only way I make my chili. Thanks for the recipes!

Vickie’s Our Life Here & Now my thoughts exactly! 😜
I use a metal spoon, I put it inside the ribcage...

Cream cheese chicken
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 packet Italian seasoning
8 oz block of cream cheese
1 stick of butter
1 small can cream of chicken soup
put it all in the crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hours shred and serve over rice... SO YUMMY
Then if you have leftovers make cream cheese chicken Chimichangas
by putting the shredded chicken mixture into tortilla shells with cheese and roll into burritos, bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes and top with your favorite toppings.
Oh my. As you were making the pilaf I was thinking how similar it is to mine. I then realized i got the recipe from your videos years ago. THATS why they're so similar 😂😂
😂😂
I also did that mix with potatoes minus the rice.
Taco Tuesday Crockpot:
Chuck Roast. 28 oz can of Green Enchilada Sauce. El Pato Tomato Sauce. 7 oz Diced Green Chilies. 5 garlic cloves. Add all items to Crockpot. Set on low for 6 hours. Shred meat. Mmm, it all looks excellent! Thanks for sharing - funny how just yesterday I was thinking I should make some chili - maybe now I will! :)
All of these dishes look so good.
We made that Roast thanks to your video and now we have it regularly!! Thank You So Much for Being So Willing to Share the Yummy Goodness 🙏♥️🥰
ohhh I bet that chicken had everyone starving all day, that's what it does here! Surprised it held together to go in oven, mine just fall right apart.
A young local girl with a great recipe channel *Kristen Stepp* adds her flavorings before draining ground beef, which like you seemed wrong to me. Did a little digging around and apparently that is recommended, something about the fat helping? So I've been doing it some. Something else I do that I like to think helps with flavor is after draining, brown a couple minutes longer with seasoning added, before adding any liquids or anything else.
With chili, I add as much beef broth as I do tomato products, probably. Since having gallbladder out, I don't seem to handle tomato products very well 😢
Sonya Hubbard lol I was thinking the same thing! 😋
Peek-a-boo - I read your comment - made mine and then saw it was you!!! lol.
I’m going to try each one of these recipes you made in this video! Everything looks so yummy!
All 4 recipes looked so delicious, they would all be worth trying. Just wanted to say you look great so energetic, always do but just a little different today. Have a fantastic day my friend. 😊🌈
awesome recipes, Kimmy.
My favorite Videos!! You cooking and everything looks delicious!!

Am a vegetarian, but look forward to your yummy cooking videos. In India though we use our pressure cookers and stove tops more for our daily cooking.
Yumm such good recipes! 🌸

Yum they all look delicious!!
Thank you! I can't wait to try it! 💗
The ingredients you used on the pot roast taste great on chicken wings in the oven
Love your sweater!!!
I’m going to try all of these! Yum!
I’m making that roast!! Yummy! I would have to add onions to the chili. I’m a more onion the better kind of gal.
