We made a similar stuffing and chicken crock pot recipe last night. Very easy! Spray the crock pot, put in two to three raw chicken breasts, season. Then dump a box of stuffing mix(dry) on top of raw chicken. Then in a mixing bowl, mix 3/4 C sour cream, and a 1/3 C water, and spread over top of the dry stuffing. Add two cans of drained green beans. Cook on high for 4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through. Then shred and mix it all together. It was a really big hit!

These all look delicious! We make the chicken stuffing casserole all the time...we use cream of chicken mixed with a little sour cream then mix in the cooked chicken. Ince in the dish top with stuffing, spread 2 bags of frozen broccoli and cook for like an hr and then top with cheese and put back in til its melted. Its definitely a family favorite! Thanks for sharing!

I also saved my ice cream containers for when I'm taking any kind of salad like pasta salad, macaroni salad, or potato salad to a picnic or potluck. That way if I leave before it's gone then I just leave the entire container and don't have to worry about getting it back.

I am so clumsy as well especially when it comes to sharp/breakable items so might I suggest when you use your knife try rounding your hands as if holding a baseball and slant the knife blade slightly away from your fingers while leaning the side of the blade on said fingers/knuckles and let them guide the knife as you move along the stalk. That might help with less accidents and quicker chopping 😅
I am no chef I just enjoy cooking. I hope this makes sense and helps!

If you like that buffalo chicken pasta, you have to try buffalo chicken dip!!! Left over chicken shredded or a can of chicken, 1 block cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, 1 PKG ranch mix, blue cheese crumbles and 1/2 cup your favorite buffalo/hot sauce. Mix it all up in the crock pot and heat it on low until the cream cheese is melted and you can mix it smooth with a fork. We eat it with tortilla chips, but pretty much whatever you like to dip you can. You can also use that same mix minus the chick and add a cup of milk to make it a pasta sauce to serve over chicken and pasta.
