- A drive through town on a very humid evening turned into a walk among the partiers and bars of downtown Albuquerque. My first walk in the area at night made for an exciting evening.

Wow, you really are facing my/your fears. Or am I showing my age? I have never, in all my many years as an Albuquerquean, braved a Friday night, party night, downtown. I've heard of some others crazy experiences. I commented before I watched . So it is a first for you, too. Congradulations, for really getting out there. Thanks for sharing the experience.

Hay guy, Question coming to see the balloons on the 7th any good places where we can just drive around to see the out of the way places we are just like you and Do not like crowds just name the places and I will look at Google maps thanks again see you in Oct, coming to stock up on green Chile and chimayo red chile
I would get close to the balloon field. I like to look for small crowds that watch a good batch of them.
How is the area over between El Vado motel and the Econo Lodge Old Town? Do you know if it is safe to stay there and/or walk at night between the 2 motels?
