NICE JOB ON THE FOREST YOUR ARRANGEMENT IS WAY BETTER THAN THE BROUGHT ONE , I WOULD REPOT THE KATSURA INTO A BIG CONTAINER AND LET IT GROW OUT FOR A YEAR OR TWO 🌲
Thank you so much :) I'm really looking forward to seeing how it develops. Yes I'm considering giving the Katsura a bigger container. I like how it's going, but I'd like the trunk to thicken a bit, and maybe heal some old scars too. I'm not into those huge "elephant foot" maples with the fused roots, I prefer a softer, more delicate deciduous look...but, yes, it needs a bit of a boost doesn't it :) xx
I would love to see the the arrangement once it's fully leafed out.... Also I wanted to give you an update on the trunk chop on the crabapple numerous buds have sprouted out yippee
Great question, I think Morten Albek @ShohinbonsaiEurope only does it on Japanese Maples (Acer palmatum). I personally don't have any other types (red, paperbark, Amur, Field) in my collection. I did have a Trident, but I lost it sadly xx
Amazing composition, looking really nice🎉
Looks nice! I think it was the right call to reset the trees in the pot
Thank you Juanita xx It felt like I would be missing an opportunity if I didn't try 😊xx
Looking really good, I like the arrangement!!
Thank you so much Nigel xx I'm excited to see how this grows into it's new layout :) xx

I'll definitely do an update on this one, I do love it. Oh fantastic Crab Apple news William, well done 😁 xx
You can still repot the Katsura, just keep it away from wind and high temperatures 🙂
Thank you 😊 I really think it needs it, I'll give it some thought 😊 xx
Really love how the rework turned out, jobs a good un Becki!
Yay! Thank you Chris 😊 I was totally talking to myself in the Live Chat this time 😆xx
@@PumpkinBecki Oh no! I'll be at the next one to keep you company! Managed to spend £100 at the club auction, would have been safer staying in lol xx
I think the placement looks good. I would love to see an update when it leafs out!
I will definitely be doing an update, maybe I can combine all the repots into a video...or should I keep them separate Raymond? Xx
Do you do the bud cover removal only on Japanese Maples or any Maple?
