Dear Doc, The exercise you do on the chair in this video is really hard for me and makes me feel a bit queasy so I’m doing less of them to start with and with considerably less stretch than you have in your hips. It’s definitely the area I’m struggling with, on my left leg particularly. I’m enjoying giving the exercises a go and feeling a little more flexible each day. I’ve noticed vastly more mobility in my right hip than I have in my left. Thank you for putting these exercises online. They are a great help.

Your techniques are a huge lifesaver for me. I have trouble with an SI joint issue that shifts and causes me terrible discomfort. I learned a technique where you squat down to the point where your backside is close to the ground. In this position you use your arms to attempt to pull each knee away from the other. Your using your inner thigh muscles to keep your knees together, while using your hands to pull them apart. This causes a stuck SI joint to release.

Hello Dr. Rowe, I was wondering if you know of more stretches that work for people that are very flexible? Literally with the first exercise my hip made the LOUDEST pop. All week I’ve been in discomfort and damn did that feel good. Thank you! I can finally sleep in peace 😁
I look forward to trying these, as I have tight hips and drive heavy equipment for a living, so I sit lengthy periods unable to stretch. My question is how this might affect my left hip that's been replaced, seeing that there's no joint that gives? I have such limited range on my hips and ankles that I can't do the inward rotation with the stick. The stick won't stay at the bridge of the foot

Thank you! I woke up this morning with a pain in my right hip, it felt like it needed to pop and be stretched. It felt like it had fallen asleep. The stretches worked wonders. The hip didn't pop but it relieved a lot of the pain!!

You are as fantastic as usual, Dr Rowe. Have you create all those exercise yourself? How do you fix forward shoulders and PPT at the same time?
Great way to explain these stretches. Kudos! Do we follow the demonstrated stretches in the following order, as in the video, for the best results?

My question is how this might affect my left hip that's been replaced, seeing that there's no joint that gives?
I have such limited range on my hips and ankles that I can't do the inward rotation with the stick. The stick won't stay at the bridge of the foot

I don’t perform miracles, and I bet there’s great local chiropractors near you too. 🙂 Thanks so much for watching!
The stretch on the chair really got into the hip. No pop but a good stretch. Been having horrible tightness in the right hip.

Thank you for sharing this! I have sacroiliac joint dysfunction, so my hips are always in pain!
Hope the exercises help, and thanks for watching!
@@DrRowe even if I don't get a pop these exercises should help keep my hips from getting too locked up. After work I'm going to try them and see if I can get my hip to pop.
