This was a terrifying fight, tbh. I mean, there were definitely other fights I found HARDER than this one. But this was genuinely stressful. Vincent is so fast and powerful, and I found myself easily overwhelmed during my first attempt.
I love how this fight actually trolls you by informing you when you use Assess that you can pressure Vincent by attacking him during certain moves... only to completely leave out the fact that when you do, he can instantly counterattack you for a lot of damage, LOL
The way it could probably work is that he'll transform and then act like Sonon in Intermission, where he's on the battlefield, but you can't directly control him, and have to use his ATB to make him do things, (If auto unique and weapon abilitiy materias aren't already equipped to him at least)
@@the_oc_maniac8972It will likely be a smaller more BALANCED version with story reason being "he'd be too out of control and might attack the party if he uses them in the way he did in this boss fight!" For Which I will be accepting as long as they don't BADLY weaken it to how it was like in OG! I know it's OP to give players Boss Powers, but I'm okay with it if it's CLOSE to that power with a Lore Nerf that makes sense and isn't BS (Note that he really doesn't care about the causalities and is fighting ALONE in this fight so no need to care about hurting "allies")
In OG Transformation was his LB. It'll be the same, with a summon style Timer. I'll even go as far to say thst some of his Weapon Abilities will allow him to channel some of his Transformation abilities. 💯
I feel like this is considered one of the harder fights since you’re forced to use Cait Sitt and unless you know what you’re doing he’s kinda a nuisance
this was legit terrifying. he's so fast, he kicked my ass and almost killed me many times during my dynamic mode run. i'm scared of what awaits me in hard mode
Exhibit 10000000000000058939 as to why Rebirth/Remake is better than the original: WHY would Vincent NOT fight you after everything he has CANONICALLY gone through, even a little, instead of being some weirdly stupid/specific series of dialogue choices for an OPTIONAL character(which is factually dumb)?
Tonight... Vincent *joins the Hunt.*
"Save it--I've had a pretty shit day"
"Dear, oh dear, what was it: The hunt the blood, or the horrible dream?"
Composers out here just "We can have a little Bloodborne. As a treat."
"We are born of the blood, made men by the blood, undone by the blood; Fear the old blood."
Ah yes, the Bloodborne Vincent theme.
5:48 Final Fantasy meets Bloodborne.
amazing shit

cant spell assess without ASS
ASSES: Ain't I a little stinker.
If this is their design for Galian, we're in for a treat for the other 3 transformations.
They'll probably work like summons.
"am i fighting Ludwig the Holy Blade"
"Majestic! A SOLDIER is still a SOLDIER even in a dream..."
Listen Naoki, if you wanna direct bloodborne 2 this badly i am all here for it
I really hope vincent retains his ability to transform into this when the trilogy is released.
Im sure they will

@@the_oc_maniac8972 Nah, probably just get the Icon battle director from FF16 so Vincent would fight like Clive when he turns into Ifrit
So cool that squenix gave us a sneak peak at Bloodborne 3
3? Let’s push for 2 first yeah?
Vincent for Bloodborne Kart
Mmm this Udon recipe is divine
Mine came out as almond cookies. 🤔
Glad I’m not the only one who thought (or auto corrected) to “Galiant”
Ya know of all the bosses I was expecting in Rebirth. Vincent in his first limit break form was NOT on my list.

Could be been worse….could have gone up against his Chaos form!! :0
Can you do Rebirth's version of The Nighmare Begins / the non fight Vincent theme? I've been looking everywhere and can't find it ; w ;

They play this at the 7r2 concert shit was cash af
The smallest behemoth
Vincent power level is close to that of Genesis, Weiss and sephiroth, If not stronger.
Anyone else hearing a bit of Sephiroth's theme as well?
of course. But juuust a smidge.
There’s tons of similarities! I clocked that first playthrough and was really surprised
This is Vincent's weakest form...
Can't wait to see Chaos form at part 3!
His theme needed to match Nero's theme that is why.
BANG BANG BANG, PULL MY DEVIL TRIGGER-
Replaying rebirth on hard this week. Ridiculous game ❤️
Oh goodie he's a behemoth now
For thouse who haven't played the OG FF7, in the Original FF7 Vincent was one of two optional characters that could join your party.

This fight gave me more trouble than Sephiroth lol
Same. Except for the part where Sephiroth uses "the end is nigh," that move killed me five or six times until I learned to just spam focused thrust.
Smh it shows that so many haven’t played Dirge (keep it that way that game sucks ass but the music is so good)
looks like one of the more annoying bosses. like every boss in this game is annoying
not if you play correctly... stop whining.
