TrailSport is no longer an appearance package for Honda. In the new, 4th generation Pilot you have legitimate kit to truly take yourself well off of the beaten path. Built from the same platform as the new for 2022 Acura MDX, and with a brand new engine mounted under the hood, the Pilot’s on-road behavior is vastly improved as well. Comfort too, you even get a heated steering wheel.

How is the RADIO? Not one reviewer mentioned the available watts/speakers of any model-or how they sounded either.
I never turned it on. The time in the Pilot was limited and much of it on an off-road trail. But I can tell you it's a 225-watt, nine-speaker stereo that includes a subwoofer. The Touring and Elite trims get a Bose sound system with 12 -speakers.
I test drove it with the non-bose speaker system. The sound was better than I anticipated! For most buyers-- it will be fine. For anyone else-- a simple under seat powered sub (available on amazon) will add power to the system.
Sonic grey pearl
Sonic Grey Pearl is the color of the Pilot I walked around, correct. I drove multiple TrailSports that day and the other color was the Diffused Sky Pearl. I added a correction in the description.
