My white cloud minnows are breeding and I wanted to show you all how to breed white cloud minnows outdoors. I feel the white cloud minnow is such an underrated fish in the aquarium hobby. Using tubs to breed white cloud minnows have been so fun and I hope that this helps you breed the white cloud minnow too.

Gold fry are easier to see and will get picked off if they don't have enough cover. Trio's and pair's would be better too. But the fry need a lot of cover especially if the parents are used to eating live food. Nice job though 👍

That actually makes so much sense because they look a lot like the mosquito larvae that I feed them. I’m actually going to try the pair and trio advice you gave me in the house to see how that goes. Thank you so much for the information I’m still new to breeding white cloud minnows.

@RLCAquatics. Yeah man . I only give the fry live bbs but only for a few weeks just so I can see they are eating as their stomachs turn orange and it helps to put some size on .but after that I just give them granules and flake food . Best of luck 👍
